Great for runners

Add AirPods and you have everything you need. The other thing that makes this item special is that it is a real motivator. Closing those rings becomes an obsession and that is more than likely a very healthy side effect. One i did not anticipate.

I like that I can be away from my phone and read texts, receive calls, etc. Especially with a young child, I don't always have time to run and grab my phone with it rings. I would definitely recommend to anyone considering purchasing.
