I usually try to find the best open box deals for the purchases I’m looking for because in my opinion, you get more than your money’s worth and the product is guaranteed just like if it was new. My watch was no exception. I would recommend open box to anyone who wants to save money but wants an excellent product

I love that it is waterproof. I like the ability to name and save workouts, and the built-in heart rate monitor and GPS. The option to create a playlist on the watch and play music from is awesome!

I have always loved the apple watch since it came first, its really nice, and this series 2 has much better features: much much faster, much much better life, and also water proof. Simply amazing

Love the original Apple Watch and the series 2 is the next step up. Finally waterproof with built in gps. Really didn't need any other features bc I don't want to pay a monthly plan for my watch.

Great option if you're in the Apple ecosystem

If you are looking for a smart watch that also has activity tracker functions, and you're already entrenched in the Apple ecosystem, I think this is a great option. I previously had both generations of Microsoft Band and they both suffered from the same fatal flaw - their bands broke (first-gen at just about a year and second-gen at under 6 months!). The bad thing with the Band is that you can't just buy a replacement band, swap it out and go - you have to trade the whole thing. Oh, and MS has decided to discontinue the Band! Anyways, when it came time to look for a new device I narrowed it down to the Fitbit Blaze and the Apple Watch. The Blaze is considerably less expensive but the watch face is enormous. The Apple Watch has two sizes of watch face, and I found the smaller of the two was perfect for me. Although initially I was kind of "meh" on the Watch I've since come to really like it. About the only thing I continue to be disappointed about is that it doesn't have a native sleep tracking app. There are apps you can download and I'm using one now, but I just really think that should be a table stakes thing for this kind of device. Stated battery life is 18 hours I think, but honestly I can squeeze by almost two days without charging it fully, depending on my workout schedule. It fully charges in less than two hours.

Got it to replace my Fitbit. Love the apps that I can use track my fitness. Bonus that I can use it in the pool. I was initially worried it'd feel too bulky but I haven't felt like it is at all.

Upgraded previous generation of Apple Watch. Faster CPU, built in GPS so you don't need your phone with you when running. Water resistant to 50M is great too. Nike + is nice added feature too.

The watch is good. I haven't had any issues with it. I like how it tracks my activity, and that I am able to see and respond to texts if my phone isn't with me in the room but on the network.

I cannot imagine my life without an Apple Watch! This is my third one and I know that I cannot live without it! This one is great and a great price since the series 3 came out which isn't necessary for the extra money as if you don't need the cellular service then the 2 is more than enough!!

    Best smart watch I've owned

My two previous smartwatches were the moto 360 and the moto 360 sport. I decided to give the apple watch a try after purchasing an iphone. The apple watch has been the best smartwatch I've owned so far. I've been able to send and receive messages with no problem. I've been able to place phone calls using the watch as well. The GPS on this watch is awesome. I assume that the watch is constantly locking on to my location because once I tap ready in the running app, I get the three second count down, then the watch begins tracking. The longest I've run so far is a 1 3/4 and the distance its tracked is about the same as my previous phones and moto 360 sport. There are a couple of problems that I hope can be fixed with a firmware update. 1) Battery. Using bluetooth to stream music from the watch while running with the GPS on drained my battery about 10% per mile. Its not a problem right now, but by mid summer when my mileage should be over 7 miles a run , I might run into a problem with the watch dying before I finish my run. 2) loading music onto the watch. For whatever reason, you can only load one playlist at a time to the watch. You can upload 2 gigs worth of music, but it has to be one playlist. 3) Sleep tracking. I don't understand why the watch can not do sleep tracking.

    Definitely not a Fitbit

I had a Fitbit Charge 2 before my husband surprised me with the Apple Watch. I actually had wanted the Fitbit Alta HR, but figured I would at least try out the Apple Watch before just returning it. I really like that I can see the entire message when I get a text. I also really like that it vibrates when I'm using Maps for directions. It would be better if the vibration was different for left turns vs right turns, but it's still a nice feature. I can usually make my battery last about 2 days, which is better than my husband gets on his (he can only get 1 day), but I used to only charge my Fitbit once every 5 days or so. I also really miss the sleep tracking I could do with the Fitbit. I know you can download extra apps to do sleep tracking with the watch, but so far none of the ones I've tried have been useful. I also don't like having to go into a "workout"...It tracks "exercise minutes" but you have to go and start a workout for it to track that. It's not a deal breaker, it's just a little annoying. Overall, I ended up keeping the Apple Watch, which I'm still not sure was the right choice for me. For most people who haven't had a Fitbit and are used to the Watch, I recommend it, but if you've had a Fitbit, be aware it may take some getting used to.
