This thing is awesome! I can use my feature of my phone with out actually using my phone. The Nike bad is stalish and really comfortable.

After having gone through about 4 different Fitbits that the bands kept breaking on me, I finally decided to try Apple Watch. I wanted the Nike one as it has the Nike Run club built in, and I liked the watch band. The wife and I do 5k's and this is great for our training and events. It also keeps me motivated at work to stand I feel I have sat at my desk to long.

I bought this as a gift for my husband. He loves it, it is easy to operate and he can see text messages instantly when his phone is in his golf bag! His only complaint is the short battery life - it has to be recharged nightly which is inconvenient sometimes. Otherwise, great purchase.

I purchased this Series 2 about a year and a half after purchasing the Series 1. I primarily wanted it for the GPS feature which was added, as well as the fact that it's waterproof. With this feature, I can now track all my runs and workouts without my phone and connect to my wireless headphones. I find that I wear this Series 2 all the time now, where I used to wear my tag watch more. I'm giving it a 4 instead of a 5 for two reason's. First, I've had some issues pairing it with my wireless headphones. I figured out that I need to restart the watch to pair it each time (a pain). Second, it won't be a 5 until it can function fully without the phone.

this is one nice watch. Yes it looks a bit kiddish and is expensive but it does what it says it does. It works as a nice companion to the IPhone. You can get your text, notifications, calls and even play games on this thing. All while being waterproof enough for everyday life. This is not for everyone but its handy for people who need something like this.

THIS IS A GREAT ITEM TO HAVE IF YOU WANT A WATCH THAT DOES MORE THEN JUST TELL TIME. THE ADDED WATERPROOF BENEFIT MAKES IT EVEN BETTER

Cell phones in general keep getting bigger, and being a runner who likes to track my performance I was looking for a way to be free of strapping one to my arm. Oh wait... Apple Watch 2 covered all of it!!! I am now able to load a music playlist to my watch (up to 5.2 GB by the way), put on my wireless headphones, tap start on the Nike run app, and I'm off. How did it work? Without skipping at beat. Music played as though it was coming from my phone, with prompts about my run performance periodically. After, the Nike Run app gave me thorough analysis of my run including heart rate information from the watch, that competitive trackers do as well but with the assistance of your phone. I could not be more pleased. I bought the Nike version, because it was the same price as the sport, and came with extra clock faces, but found that I liked the format and feedback from the Nike run app as well. I have heard of some concerns of battery life, but I take it off at night (between 10:30-11) and it is still holding around 70% charge. So if you are an active lifestyle person, and are looking for some freedom from the phone, it is worth the upgrade to series 2. Can't wait to try this thing out with my golf tracking platform!

Great watch that's waterproof, lets me see reminders, texts calendar appointments and health parameters within the Apple ecosystem.

This watch was purchased to replace a first generation Apple Watch that I'd lost at work. The biggest difference between gen 1 & 2 are the battery life (about double), better water resistance and the watch itself is thicker. Enough to justify an upgrade? Probably not, but I was pleasantly surprised with the differences when I had to replace mine.
