It allows me to stay connected with my iPhone and keeps me up to date when I just don't have time to be on it. I also love the features that enables me to connect my Bluetooth wireless headphones and change songs and answer phone calls and texts by simply speaking into my watch. Highly recommended.

When busy interacting with clients and colleagues, I need not constantly check my phone for alerts. And the fitness app is dynamic, accurate, convenient - and again, no need to carry my phone with me for workouts and runs. Great tech!

But after trying out fitbit blaze for a week I got the apple watch instead and I'm glad I did. It does so much more than just tracking your health. You can answer your phone, use it as a remote to take pics on your phone, locate where your phone is, and etc...
