I was hesitating about purchasing this watch because of its price. I didn't want to be "attached" to a smartwatch because I owned many regular watches. I did want a watch that would allow me to run and store music so won't have to be carrying my iPhone 6 plus. I started off with the Tom Tom Spark 3 + Music + Cardio and really liked it. It synced with the two apps I use to run, Nike+ Running & Strava. I was really enjoying it when suddenly after only 2 weeks of use, the watch completely stopped charging. I went back to the store to exchange it for another (again the price thing) and the store had run out and needed to wait about a week before getting it. I started looking, at the store, for something else and it turned out they had just gotten one, yes just one, Apple Watch Nike+. I decided to give it a try, despite of the price. First time I used it, I ran with it and at the end of my 7-mile run, I went ahead and checked my log, and the watch had not recorded anything. Why? I don't know. Of course I was very upset and had to enter my run manually. I decided to give it another chance the following morning. This time I was checking periodically my watch (which I hate, I like to focus on my run and nothing more) and the GPS was working just fine (I was comparing the mile-marks I had made mentally from my Tom Tom Spark 3 watch and they all matched). The music was playing through the watch and after this run my watch has not acted up. I enjoy the running gadget and truly enjoy the breathe and moving reminders. Not big fan of getting my text messages on the watch but they do help simply to take a glance (and determine if they are important or urgent texts) when you are busy and you don't have time to check your phone and reply immediately, I still do not wear my watch on a daily basis. I only wear it all day when I run (which is at 4 days a week). I also don't like the fact the watch has to be charged at the end of the day, otherwise you will have a dead watch the next morning.

I've been watching the smart watch market for a year, waiting for the killer app and user experience. Easy integration with my existing iPhone apps, built in GPS, water resistance, and other improvements helped me decide. I've been using it for a few weeks now and love it!

Love the new watch. The wrist band is very nice and takes time to get used too. Battery life is a lot better than expected. I did disable a lot of notifications but I mainly use it for notifications than exercising. But the watch looks great and definitely recommend it.

Love the Series 2. The waterproofing and gps tracking make this so much better than the Series 1. It also charges lightning fast now. A full charge in half an hour! Battery lasts all night while I sleep with it to track my sleep. Stays at 100%! Highly recommend.

I’ve had my Apple Watch for a year. My initial impression was that the silicone band was sort of tacky looking, but overall it was a cool piece of technology. After a year of use I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s a motivator. The friendly reminder to keep your streaks going or to fulfill a certain target, makes every month a challenge. Overall, I’m very pleased with this purchase.

I had a series 1 for a year and had to always keep my cellphone with me. I upgraded to series 2 and I no longer need my cellphone on me, haven't tested swimming yet but washing the watch at the sink after a run or a bike ride is not a problem. I really like it

Man what I buy I love this from the color to the technology in it and how fast it is and comfortable to wear. If you love apple don't pass on this one. Water Proof and gps for running text and make calls and answer them as you drive right on your hand must have.

I got an Apple watch a few years ago when they first came out. Didn't like it and ultimately returned it. The product just seemed half baked, and the software was buggy. But now with the Series 2, I decided to buy one again, and I will say my experience this time around has been completely different. Very smooth software, and the battery lasts so much longer than it did with the original. I really enjoy using it, and I feel like the more I wear it, the more I'm finding ways to integrate it into my daily routine. New software updates will only make it even better too. Very pleased with the Series 2 so far. I find I am keeping my phone in my pocket more these days instead of pulling it out every 10 minutes to see who is trying to contact me. Helps keep you more engaged in what your are presently doing, without missing a potentially important call or message.

This is my first smart watch and i am completely satisfied. I love the fitness teacking as well as the ability to see texts and phone calls from my watch. My only complaint so far is I wish Calendars 5 would make their app compatible with the apple watch.

They always say that by holding off on new tech, waiting for newer tech, you are only depriving yourself of months or years of good tech. That was absolutely true in the case of this, my first Apple Watch. After months of waiting for better battery life etc. I finally pulled the trigger, and I love it. My biggest concern was battery life. A Watch that won't run for 24 hours!?!? As it turns out, not an issue. I do not use the GPS much. I use the Watch mostly for notifications that there is something I need to do on my phone. And since there is no sleep quality monitor standard, I have no problem leaving the Watch on my nightstand in a charging cradle in alarm clock mode. 14 hours today, and the battery is still at 76 percent and going strong. As usual with Apple products I am sure that after only a few weeks I have barely scratched the surface of all it can do.
