    Service manager was very helpful and courteous. They delivered our refrigerator within a few days the first time but once they pulled it out of the box they noticed heavy damage to the rear compressor area and advised we don’t accept it which we agreed. We called the service manager who helped us and he quickly ordered a new one. We received the new refrigerator a week later. The installers were very efficient and courteous and did a great job. Very satisfied.
