Haven't had any problems with my watch in the first month. I suggest you buy the protection plan strongly just in case something does happen

I am delighted with the performance and it is a blessing to me. I wear it day and night and it records my heart rate day and night. I was also very happy with all of the other features such as reminders when to move, listening to music with wireless headphones, calendar reminders.
