Amazing chronograph PLUS

It can continuously remind you to keep active. 3 in our family have this watch and we are still finding new ways to use it. Only confusing issue is how the "exercise" circle works; cannot seem to find an explanation what sets it off. Not sure if it is a certain heart rate or something else.
