I found that when I exercise I have to tighten the band to get a more accurate reading for calories burned, and heart rate. I am most impressed with the microphone...there are very few times when I am dictating that it gets what I am saying wrong...much more consistent than my apple iphone 7.

Love my Apple Watch!

I like the reminders to stand and get up from my desk, it tracks steps and so much more. Very happy I purchased it.
