Broke within days of using it

They are in the restaurant business so we figured this would be a perfect gift for them. Within 2 days of wearing it my mother-in-laws watch broke, the front face came off. She called Best Buy and wouldn't fix it or give her a new one. They told her she would have to go to Apple to get it fixed, which everyone knows is a pain. I am pretty disappointed in Best Buy in not backing the product they sell. If this was already refurbished or a cheap watch I would understand but buying a brand new over $400 watch and it breaks within days little disappointed.
