After doing some research I decided to purchase myself a Apple Watch for my birthday which was July 20. After a visit to the store I found out that the specific one I wanted was only available as an "open box sale." The associate assured me that it was not a refurbished Watch, absolutely nothing was wrong with it, and that Best Buy would treat it as a brand new watch as far as any issues or returns. He said that they called it "open box" because someone had previously purchased it and returned it. I examined the watch and it had no scratches, and the charger was still in the wrapper. I decided to purchase it. I put Watch on every morning before I leave the house at about 6:25AM. That's exactly what I did on August 14 and the Watch was fine when I put it one. After I got settled in to work about an hour later I realized the face was hanging out of my Watch completely. I had not bumped anything during the transition. If you look at the pictures you can tell that the face fell out perfectly. The screen isn't cracked or shattered. It also does not have heat damage because I it was never exposed to a unreasonable amount of heat. I only had it three weeks and I work inside. Apple Support believes the battery is swollen and is working with me to either repair or replace right now. I believe this Watch was damaged at the time of purchase and of course Best Buy did not provide good customer service and assist me in having the issue resolved. The proper thing to do would have been to replace it. They're policy is 2 weeks return on electronics and of course mine broke at 3 weeks. Very convient for Best Buy. I will never shop with them again and don't recommend this watch.

It good for workout inside. More fancy than a sport watch.

The apple watch is good for quick look al messages but the whatsapp didn't work the way I was expected.

Screen somehow cracked during normal use. Not covered by warranty. Wanted $235 for repair/replace. Do not buy if you intend to take it out of the box. If you do, buy make sure you get apple care, that way you only have to pay another $79 to get it replaced.

I have been waiting for the Apple Watch Series 2 to be released and it is everything I hoped for! I got the 38mm rose gold - It fits great and looks great too. This watch is great for so many reasons but to start, staying fit and active is important to me, so I love being able to track how many steps I have, how many calories I've burned, and many more activity functions that it tracks for me too; It keeps me aware of my daily activity and challenges me to do better every day! An added bonus is that it has GPS capabilities and is water proof, too. What more can ask from a watch!? Another thing I love is that it shows all of my notifications, so I don't always have to have my phone in my hands if I'm expecting an important phone call/text. I highly recommend this watch, it is the best!

After I had this watch for a little over a year the ctystal face fell off. The repair shop said would cost more to replace it than buy a new watch. What a waste

This watch has it all. Water-resistance, GPS feature, activity tracking, notification monitoring. Easy to use. My only issue is that it's new and shows that it's disconnected often, so I may need to repair. Otherwise, awesome purchase!

I have used the Fitbit and Garmin HR but I got tired of ware thing on both wrists (watch on one and tracker on the other) I have wanted an iwatch for some time but it wasn't water proof like the others and didn't have a gps. When the new one came out I was excited but still not sure I wanted to spend that kind of money but when I received a Best Buy gift card for Christmas which covered 1/3 of the cost I decided why not it will only cost me out of pocket no more than the older iwatch. I am so glad I did, I love it, it does everything I need and looks great on.
