Box arrived completely smashed. Very upset! Store had to return and I was forced to buy the more expensive version if I still wanted to give this as a gift. Customer service sucks!

My wife wasn't impressed with the Apple Watch. I know this is great for a lot of people but it is a bit heavy and hard to fit those with a tiny wrist. This just wasn't right for us.

I love the watch because it makes replying to messages at work more convenient. Unfortuantly, Siri doesnt know what Im saying 40% of the time so I have to repeat myself several times.

I got the watch after wearing a Fitbit for five years. I liked the Fitbit a little better after using the Applewatch. I think the Fitbit is better for overall fitness use.

This is a neat product but the battery life is too short for my busy lifestyle. I ultimately returned it because I couldn't justify spending the extra money for this watch.

I purchased this for my wife. I just don't think it is as easy to use as the Samsung Gear S3 watches. It is a decent watch if you are an Apple person but not otherwise.

overall I'm satisfied with the item but I purchased this as an open box item and it was missing the medium to large band accessory and it has been a pain to try to get a replacement. I bought this as a gift and Best Buy wants me to ask for the product back from the person in order to exchange the item. How tacky! they should be able to give me a store credit for an accessory but they won't do that despite my "Elite Plus" member status. I guess they don't value their long term customers.

I absolutely love the watch but have had problems with it turning off and taking forever to turn on. Have had to completely reset it to get it to come back on.

I like this watch but it’s con is that your phone had to be in close proximity. For that reason I did upgrade and love my new one much better.

I like the watch and how it keeps track of physical activity. I have not taken time to research with it so I am not positive of it's capabilities.

Pretty good watch; just overpriced. Missing FaceTime function & when I delete messages in my phone, it doesn't delete from my watch-- double work.

The diction is awesome on this watch. However, sometime it seem to move slow when utilizing the diction to create your text message.

I would never have wasted my money on this but I got it for a friend who loves wasting money on Apple products.

I was excited to purchase my first Apple Watch, but when I started using it and saw how low the battery life was it really upset me.

Its a pretty neat watch and with nice features. If your a fan of Apple products, this one you should add to the list of owning.

So I must say I love Apple! Just about all of my internet based items are Apple products but the Apple Watch is by far the most stupid! There are not enough directions and it doesn't sync with half the activity apps without having to pay for it! I just say I would certainly return it because it is quite pointless but I have this stupid belief that if I did I'd just still want it again!

It performs as expected but it does scratch easily. Other than the scratching, we have had no issues with the watch.

Battery life not so good. Functionality very good battery charge doesn't last long if used for more than telling time.

The only thing I mostly enjoy about the watch are the health care apps. He watch relies too much on my phone

I thought that the iWatch was more like an iPhone on your wrist but now I see that it's more like an acccesory.
