Better instructions on all the functions for watch

First I didn't realize I was buying an Open Box item - and wouldn't have realized it. As promised - the watch was in perfect condition and I would have know it was used - except for the fact that it was Activation Locked by its previous owner. This was especially embarrassing considering this was a gift for my exceptionally understanding wife. After several transfers through Best Buy customer service with little or no resolution I reached out directly to Apple who confirmed its worthless if it is locked. I returned the item promptly for my refund and ordered direct from Apple.

Was told how awesome watch is and you can wear it while you swim. First time swimming, watch comes off. Somewhere in the bottom of the Lake. Out the money for the watch and the AppleCare. Ripoff!

This product is just okay. It doesn't do as much as I expected it to and you can't even go that far away from your phone with it. Kinda defeats the purpose of it. Not worth the money

I am very disappointed in Best Buy and their return policy. My brand new Apple Watch series 2 after a month was having issues and I went to Best Buy return the product, but they told me they couldn't do anything because it has been passed 15 days. Being that this is such an expensive product I am livid!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a brand new Apple Watch 2 serial And you guys sent me a open box which is weird if it's not available you should say out of order to cancel my shipment it's not fair

I don't even know where to begin, or how to make this review cohesive because there's so much I can say about this watch. I'll start off by saying this is my first Apple Watch, and I didn't get one the first time around because I hate the thought of being so connected to my phone that I practically wear it on my wrist. I ended up biting the bullet and purchasing this watch because it offers a lot of capabilities and convenience to my life and job as an ER nurse. Plus, it is comfortable and easy to clean. The first thing I found out when setting up my Apple Watch is it is very customizable, and I don't have to get notifications from social media; thus, my original issue with not wanting to be super connected everywhere I go was instantly resolved. Secondly, this watch is gorgeous. I originally wanted the 38 mm rose gold aluminum case + pink sand sports band, but I knew it wouldn't match a lot of my outfit choices. So I opted for the 38 mm gold aluminum case + concrete sports band. I will admit, I was also iffy about ordering the color combination of gray + gold aluminum, but the combination is beautiful and sophisticated. Far exceeded my expectations. Thirdly, as an ER nurse, this watch offers a lot for me. I have the watch set up to where my screen stays lit for 70 seconds if I tap to wake, so full pulse/respiration checks aren't an issue. It's also convenient to be able to simply glance at my watch for the date and time and write it down without any delay. And the most obvious thing I love about this watch as a nurse is the water resistance. I can wash my hands as often as I want and need to without worrying about compromising the device. The only thing I yearn for is the stopwatch app to stay open while in use, instead of going black after 10 seconds (that is, if I don't tap to wake). Even though I have my Apple Watch set up to where the screen stays lit for 70 seconds when I tap to wake, some medications I push have to be pushed over 2 minutes. This really isn't a huge deal because I can simply let go of the syringe to tap and wake my watch if needed, but it would be more convenient if I didn't have to do that.

I love the new Apple Watch!! It's a great accessory and I can do many things with it and not have my phone around!!

I am on my 12th day wearing the watch I was sewing my grandkids dolls. One moment I look at the watch display was normal the next moment I look at the watch the glass has shattered. Went back to BestBuy no help. Told to go to Apple. At apple they told us it is physical damage and without Apple Care protection we have to pay $229 plus tax. The watch is a lemon that is why is discounted? Buyers Beware

battery went bad in less than a month . best buy sent me to apple they said battery over heated and will replace it.

Personal opinion but this iwatch just was not worth the money.

Only giving it 1 star because 0 isn't an option. Returned after 10 days and won't be purchasing another one. Didn't receive notifications, too many places to turn on/off if you wanted to receive them (or: if screen was locked, or not locked) battery life terrible, fitness tracking was subpar, too expensive to be a decently looking accessory.

Things don't seem to be working as expected. I don't know that I would recommend.

Purchased and 30 days later the band came loose and it dropped, neither Best Buy or Apple will do anything to fix or replace the screen because they are saying it was accidental damage and it WASN'T!

These items should not be sold to minors. They need a parents signature to buy phones and these items use data etc. so they should not be sold to minors. We returned our sons, because he didn't have approval to buy it, even though it was his own money. They need to change the policy with minors.

ITS MY VERY FIRST TIME OWNING SMART WATCH N GETTING USED TOO

I bought this Apple Watch as a present for my mom with $70 discount, in less than 2 weeks the heart rate sensors stops working and the store refuses replace the product and ask for $70 extra to replace it, I had the watch returned and will never come back for another "discount".

This watch did less than my Fitbit charge 2. I returned it.

Spent about 20 min in the pool and water got into the watch. Very disappointed. Since I have the watch for FIFTEEN days, Bestbuy won't do a thing for me and send me straight to Apple. Now the watch is going back to Apple for repair. Expected better quality product from Apple.

Wish it would be great as samsung galaxy S3. Ohhh well...
