I bought this watch for my mom for her birthday. She loves it. I decided to get the series 2 for her instead of the series 3 for many reasons. Mainly because it was $100 cheaper. But i also looked into the difference between series 2 and series 3 and the main (and almost only) difference is the cellular. I would have paid an extra $100 for the cellular but your service provider for your phone will upcharge your monthly bill $10 to have the apple watch on your plan. Nothing to do with best buy but that is just something that didn't seem worth it because my mom most of the time has her phone with her. i could see it being useful to people that don't like carrying their phones with them but other than that it is the same as series 2. Same size, basically the same battery life, and no new software upgrades. Also, about two weeks after i bought this watch, Best Buy price matched my order and refunded me $43 to my credit card because the price dropped after i bought it. I didn't have to ask for it and didn't even know that was a thing until i got an email. It has made me a now loyal Best Buy customer and i created an account just to write this review. Thanks for being the best Best Buy!

Device works great, basically has full function of the phone. It's great for workouts but doesn't replace the phone for communications

Purchased series two watch - had a working series one watch and liked it. On day 66 after purchase the crystal cracked and the watch started to come apart. No trauma. BestBuy basically declined to talk with me and directed me to an Apple retailer. If you buy this over-priced toy, be prepared to pay even more for AppleCare+. BestBuy was dismissive and I see no reason to buy Apple products from them again.

I recently purchased Apple Watch for my daughters birthday for ($429)! I didn't purchased Apple care thinking it is a Watch it should be ok. She was excited from the gift. When she was showing to her friends she dropped and screen cracked! I was so disappointed because Apple says it is crack resistant. When I called to Apple they said it will cost me $239 to fix it. I am very disappointed from Apple!

Had to exchange defective watch....no problem....defects occur.Problem came with being docked 15 bucks for spare strap that was not returned until next morning after exchange. I bought from Best Buy to stay local even though Amazon was 16 dollars cheaper and no sales tax...never again. Great product but less than stellar customer service!

This watch is a waste of money All it is is a small version of a iPhone Nothing special

It is annoying to charge it all the time. Also it goes on pause without me knowing it.

Watch still had an Apple ID logged in from the previous owner and it wouldn't let me setup with my ID. Bestbuy told me there is nothing they can do for this situation because customer service should have verified the previous owner signed out prior to returning it. Sorry bye, have a nice day.

Could not justify the cost for the benefit, just wasn't for me.

My Apple Watch would not activate. After talking with an Apple customer service representative they told me to return it to the store. Will try another one when they are available.

It's sleek, it is great with iPhones/apple products, but I wanted a good apple watch that performed well during sport activities. This underperformed.

New watch would not charge battery, had to return. Unable to find same watch at any Best Buy in surrounding area. Had to upgrade to another watch!

I received the Apple Watch- 42mm Rose Gold as a gift at Christmas time and I have been wearing this watch faithfully since! This Apple watch is simply an amazing piece of technology which has so many useful features to mention. First, this Apple watch is very light-weight on the wrist and has up to an 18-hour battery life which fully charge usually lasts the entire day and evening usage of the watch. This Apple watch also features unique apps such as the activity app which tracks your exercises and walking counts. There are so many unique alerts on this phone to encourage you to keep active and stay on track with exercising. I also like that this Apple watch allows the user to change out the arm straps and personalize the watch to your own liking. In addition, the Apple watch is overall user-friendly and syncs with your IPhone. The screen displays brightly and this watch does come with a very user-friendly charging plug which plugs into a standard charger. I also like the fact that my model is waterproof so I can wear this watch during exercising and outdoor usage, although I do take the watch off during showering. This Apple watch also has a very easy-to-use touch screen and allows you to personalize the watch with screensavers and various displays. I would highly recommend this Apple watch to others.

Bad advertisement Didn't say icloud locked though its open box, but it did say that there could be this kind of possibilities for open box products.

This is by far the worst watch I have ever purchase. Phone works when it wants. Just nothing as promoted. Get fit bit much better

Apple watch stopped working after a while and i couldn't return it cause they said it was too late Horrible customer service

Very disappointed the loop that holds the band in place broke off just hours into the first time I wore it. I will be returning it.

I hate how apple limits my choices! The interface is confusing and useless. I'm switching back to Android as soon as I can!!!
