The Apple Watch 2 was professional looking and easy to use / set up. The interchangeable band makes it convenient to dress up or down. The activity feature is a great option and keeps you aware of your movement throughout that day

Awesome option if you don’t want to spend the money for a series 3. Has GPS and water resistant.

I tried the Series 1 Apple Waych, but didn't love it; so, I returned it. Once the launch of the Series 2 announced, and my work put a ban on having cell phones out, I knew I had to try this again. The best thing about it is with the OS 10 you can reply easier to texts. Speaking a text is very convenient if you're driving, and it's been very accurate in picking up what I'm dictating. The worst thing about this model is that the heart rate function is not accurate for me; I'm inked and I think that may be the reason why. I did try wearing it on the opposite wrist during Bootcamp workouts, but I was still disappointed and it annoyed me wearing it on my right instead of my left. I just hook up to my Polar heart monitor now and track through the app (available for the watch), and this satisfies my needs. I'm enjoying the Series 2 more than the first, and it helps that it's water proof and I can swim with it. I have not tried it yet though. I love that you can switch out face covers and bands to go from a gym watch to an elegant evening watch if needed. The 42mm size is a bit bulky for me (I'm a medium build female), but I don't think I could handle a smaller screen for working the apps. Overall, it's a great extension of your phone if you can't have it on you or out for some reason.

Love my new Apple Watch (Second Gen). I had an Android watch prior and the functionality and usability of the Apple Watch is by far superior. The battery last about a day and half, which is expected. Works great with tracking my workouts and heart rate. It being water proof is a nice bonus.

If you already have an iPhone, this is a pretty indispensable addition to your Apple repertoire (especially if you are looking for a slight price decrease from the Series 3). As a fitness device, it can display fitness goals that you can set for yourself right on the watch face - a constant reminder of how much more you need to do that day. The heart rate monitor also shows to be more accurate than some of my past fitness watches. The watch also handles run/bike mapping apps (ex. MapMyRun) very well with just Bluetooth to the phone, which makes this non-cellular Apple Watch still good to go when training. In general, I have found that I'm checking my phone less and less because I know any notification will just get sent to my watch. This was very nice when transitioning from school to the workforce, as I didn't feel the need to be constantly on or checking my phone - something a good amount of people have trouble with nowadays.

I am so glad that I waited to purchase my Apple Watch! GPS and waterproof are necessary for my lifestyle. I waivered between the 38m and 42m, I am loving the 42m - I prefer a larger watch and the screen is much easier to navigate. It's great to not have to carry my iPhone on runs!

Apple Watch 2 is outstanding with GPS and water resistance unlike the series 1. Very comfortable to wear and has numerous options for additional bands, etc. I use it for working out and every day life. My battery lasts over 24 hours as I don't use it as an extension for my IPhone.

I bought this particular style and size for my wife and she loves it. The size is perfect. It doesn't look awkwardly large or masculine on her arm. It looks just right. In fact, she's happy I bought the 42mm rather than the 38mm because she wears corrective lenses and feels the text is a bit too small for her to read without effort. The even smaller 38mm would have been even more difficult to read. The watch allows her to breeze through the day without being tethered to her phone. Although the phone has to remain nearby for the watch to be most effective, she can move about the office while her phone stays at her desk and simply glance at her wrist when new messages, calls, emails or calendar reminders arrive. It's even better at home and on secure networks because the watch can automatically switch and use the wireless network to maintain connections to the phone outside of Bluetooth range. That allows access over the entire house or building while the phone remains stationary. The watch is also good for simple yet useful widgets for use with companion apps, apps that utilize wallet/Apple Pay, and apps like Hue and smart home apps. My only complaint with Apple Watch is the glaring omission of the Notes app. There isn't any kind of notes integration. It would be very nice to have a shopping list or other note available on the wrist for easy reference. You'll have to use Tasks if you want to gaze at lists on your wrist, because for unknown reasons, Apple integrated tasks but not notes. The sport band is very comfortable. The product photos make it look like a rigid rubbery material but it''s actually a very soft silicone type material. Battery life is decent, providing two full days of use between charge. If you're a light user, you can get 2-4 days between charges. I originally bought an Apple Watch for myself and didn't really see the need for it. However, after spending some time with it, I see now that it's actually a pretty neat and useful piece of tech. Although I still don't necessarily consider it an essential item like a smartphone, tablet or computer, it does make mobile task managing much more efficient.

I was skeptical that this was more than a geek toy, but after owning it for a month I’m convinced that it is and indispensable tool. Just little things like glancing at my wrist to see texts, who is calling, etc. are worth the cost. The fitness tracking apps help me with my move goals for the day and help keep me motivated. Not having to pull my phone out of my pocket all the time to check texts is a big plus. I can even respond with simple replies with a few flicks. Many of the iPhone apps have a watch interface. I especially love Pedometer++ and it’s also cool to pay with my Starbucks by flicking my wrist at the register. Battery life seems good. A long day of use and it remains 45 - 50% charged. That is my biggest complaint - the charging thing is a pain. Bought an inexpensive charging stand from Amazon which helps. I also am very pleased that this version is water resistant. If you like tech toys and have and iPhone, you will love it.

Loving my watch! I’m kicking myself because I forgot to buy the protection screen so now my watch has some scratches on the face (not really noticeable) from hitting it a few times while wearing it. This watch is so great for texting, calling, getting notifications from your social media accounts and more! I definitely recommend it and definitely would purchase the protection screen along with it.

I bought an original Apple Watch for my wife earlier this year and she really liked it so I figured I would jump in and get myself the new series 2. Love the water resistance, the built in GPS, holds a good day long charge easy. All the good from the old and even better.

I absolutely love this watch! I had wanted one for a long time and finally broke down and purchased it. The display is easy to read. I love being able to respond to text messages and getting emails on my watch. I have talked on it a couple of times and that is super convenient when you don’t want to hold the phone to your ear. I highly recommend getting this if you’re an Apple fan!

This product is well packaged and with an Iphone and an account setup was an ease. Wristband is easy to change out for a more fashionable style as needed. Tracks heart rate, movement.. Text are clear and responses are easy to speak and send. Phone calls are clear...additional fee on phone service but worth it to not have a phone on you at all times and still remain connected.

This was exactly what it needed to be. The watch is great for all my needs.

I’ve been tossing around the idea of buying an Apple Watch for a while. When the series 2 went on sale, I decided to jump on it. Watch itself is pretty neat. I love the waterproof feature, being able to talk on the phone via watch, and compose and respond to emails and texts from the watch via Siri. While not completely necessary, this watch has served me well on a few occasions and I few I will get my money’s worth. Would love to see a Waze watchOS app or a google map integration as I am not that fond of only having access to Apple maps via the watch, but that’s not really Apples fault. Watch can be a bit slow to respond at times, but is still useable. I would buy again.

Able to work both on land and under water. Able to track my bike rides.
