I upgraded from the series 1. I use this watch for everything. Battery lasts much longer than the 1st gen. Water proof is something to get accustomed to since the series one is only splash proof. I love this watch. I receive a lot of compliments. Highly recommended if you have an IPhone.

So this review might get a lot of negative criticism from people who don’t like apple products but truth be told this is a fine smart watch. With watch OS4, this watch has gotten significantly faster and the user experience is so much better. It isn’t perfect but it’s prerty darn close. I like the new watch faces and the fact that I can control some functions of my BMW from within my wrist. I would highly recommend this product.

Love my Apple iwatch. Would totally recommend for a busy person who can’t be on their phone a lot.

The Apple Watch is amazing. Allows me to leave my phone in my pocket and still get notifications.

This was a gift mainly to be used for exercises—-now the user has made this a part of her day...exercising, texts, calls and much more. Would have like to purchase the latest but I will wait until it is priced more reasonably.

Opted the Apple Watch Series 2 for all of its capabilities including text and calendar notifications plus exercise tracking. Extremely happy with the 42mm - anything smaller would have made text responses difficult. Band is simple but easy to put on/take off. Battery averages 48+ hours.

I love the series 2 watch for several reasons other than being able to receive text, phone calls, track workouts, get news alerts, etc. the series 2 has built n GPS so u don’t have to have ur phone with u when ur running or bike riding. It’s also water resistant for when u sweat etc.

This Apple watch was kind of a gift to myself, stimulated by missing too many texts from my wife. I've been wearing the watch for a week and love it. I had always carried my iPhone but this is a great addition. I like the reminders to stand, breath, be active. And I can get and respond to quick texts without taking out my phone! Terrific. I use bluetooth hearing aids and the adjustment app works on the watch! It's great.

Purchased this as a gift for my wife. A little tedious to set up bit working great now. She likes this better than the series 1 because she doesn't have to carry her phone on workouts now. The built in GPS works great for tracking her walks. The water and dust resistance is a plus too.

Bought it with discount and series 3 isn’t that better than series 2 so I think it was worth it

I love this Apple Watch. I am a big fan of watches. I bought the 42 mm since I like the larger face. I love the different things this watch can do - send/receive texts, call friends, track my workouts and daily exercise. It mirrors my phone and I love that. I'm really pleased with my purchase.

I can get a day of battery with normal use. It also helps to get healthier every day. Love it!

Is easy to use and in will keep you inform of everything without needing to look at your phone.

At first. I said I didn’t need it. Now. I can’t live without it. Compared to my Fitbit Charge.

I had been eyeing the Apple Watch since they were first released. I wasn't ready to jump into it as I wanted to wait until the product became more refined. Add to that, I'm more of a traditional watch guy. Watch OS has come a long way and Apple Watch 2 came with some improvements. Still, I waited and contemplated...until Best Buy had a significant discount on them roughly the equivalent of taxes + Apple Care. I could wait no longer. I opted for the Apple Watch 2 Sport because I really wanted to use this for fitness/health tracking and the alerts. I've waited over a month to write a review as I wanted to spend time with it. Apple Watch has been consistently on my wrist since I've purchased it. I enjoy the fitness tracking and the stand & breath reminders. Working at home I tend to sit a good bit during the day, although I've always tried to stand up and move around, the watch does a good job with the reminder. I contemplated a FitBit, but comparatively speaking, Apple Watch is significantly better---and more expensive. Buy once, cry once. Why only 4 stars? For $400, Apple should provide watch bands that actually fit. I mean is it that difficult to include an XL strap for those of us with larger wrists? Somewhere between 8.25 - 8.5 I am on the next to the last hole. If I wanted to wear it significantly more comfortably, I'd use the last hole but I fear it's not going to stay on my wrist. So, I had to lay down the cash for an XL silicone band--$50 I might add. All they need to do is include one larger strap with holes to cover the XL wrists. I did get a Spigen Milanese Loop in Space Gray that matches it nicely which will allow me to keep it on my wrist when I need to dress up a bit. I highly recommend it. Overall, for a watch I was on the fence about, I am very impressed and pleased with the purchase. Great deal from Best Buy. Not so great price and strap solutions from Apple. Oh and one more thing about these. The 911 feature on the watch can be disabled or enabled, but this effectively acts in a similar way to Life Alert. A pretty cool feature for anyone, especially for older adults or those with health problems.

Much better than Series 1. Better battery life, speaker is louder and just works better to me.
