Works great- didn't know how much I would use it but now I can't imagine not having it

I've gone through several activity trackers (Jawbone, Garmin, FitBit...) and when I decided I was getting serious about transforming my life, I decided one I could truly use as a comprehensive device. Life map? Check. Running? Check. Yoga? Check. Mail & text & call alerts? Check,check and check. Could I swim with it? - that was a must - and yes, I can with the series 2 (as long as you remember to set the water lock!). It tracks my heart rate (which my cardiologist is happy about). It tracks my sleep (my sleep doc loves that). I love that it's all automated. The battery life is at least 36 hours - but I don't run a lot of high-use apps in the background and I keep a portable travel charger in my purse to be safe. Truly it's been the best tracker I've had. No problems with screen or body scratching (& im a klutz!) and I changed out the band to a sport band for more breathability when running. Everything is working great!

After reading reviews on the series II & series III, I chose to purchase the series II and it works well for me. It synced with my iPhone 6 immediately and was ready to be used. I have several Android smartwatches and the Apple watch series II does everything they do. I would recommend purchasing the series II as it does everything I need it to do without spending the extra $100 for the series III.

If you trying to record all your workouts is a great way to keep everything together!

upgrade from 1st gen (pre series 1) to Series 2 and NOT disappointed. the battery lasts maybe 4 times longer (i end the day now with over 50% still left compared to on the verge of death before). No lag when opening and responding to texts now, and waterproof is great!

The Apple Watch is a good accessory to an iPhone. I find it helpful in my daily usage of the watch as a companion to my phone. While not necessary, it is helpful to receive notifications and easily see what my phone is trying to alert me of. The activity portion is really great. I enjoy using it for exercise and activity tracking. The customization available to the watch is far superior to anything I've seen from Fitbit or anyone else. I've been a longtime Garmin watch user for running but the Apple Watch has supplanted the Garmin based on usage and how I can easily interface the watch to my needs. After the first day - which is when the watch gets to know you - I can go two days between charges, probably three days if I really wanted to push it. If I bought again I would probably opt for the 38 mm. While I am tall my wrist's area would suit better to a 38 mm screen. I'm. It sure I would miss the 4 mm of the 42 mm screen.

Great watch with an abundance of features. Love the activity tracker, message notifications, email alerts, weather, etc. Face is great and durable. Battery life is better than I expected. Water resistant - perfect. Bands fits great with multiple options available.

Apple Watch series 2 is wonderful, I got the 42mm and I love it. Just like all apple products it's easy to use and this would be a great gift for anyone. Make sure you go for the series 2 because it's waterproof which is really neat. Would recommend for any apple lover.
