Originally, I bought the series 1 for the activity tracker and various iPhone integration features. Very good. Now that Apple made the watch waterproof up to 150 feet, the activity limits have widen significantly. Thanks, Apple.

I came from having a Zenwatch 3 and it was really buggy and when I switched to this watch it was so smoothe and very seemless. It lasts for a very long time and can do many things I need to get me through the day. Great watch

Best Buy had this Apple watch on sale which caught my attention. I originally bought it to use with the available Savant app to access and operate the Savant control system in my house from my wrist. It works! I can operate lights, audio, video, and environmental controls with one touch. Then I became aware of the health monitoring capabilities and found them to be useful. I started paying attention to my diet and exercise readings. I'm getting results and now depend on the exercise, breathing, and calorie counts displayed every time I look at the watch to to stay on track. Outstanding! So I went back to Best Buy and bought the Nike version in the smaller size for my wife. She loves it. Great product that exceeded my expectations. I wear it and use it everyday.

Best watch I’ve ever owned. Wouldn’t trade it for anything

Purchase was for my husband, who is an executive, and he wanted the convenience of quickly looking at a watch for emails and calls, instead of having to handle his phone all day while working. It does all required tasks with ease, the charging pad works great, the band is a bit small for his wide wrist, so a new band will be required.

Great watch!! Charge every 2 days and it does the rest!!

Personally, I bought this watch for design and functionality with my iPhone. I did not find it worth the price in the long run. I'm going to stick with my Fitbit. I really just need it for step tracking and time. I didn't need to spend so much for those two features. Difficult to text back on. I find myself using my phone instead of my watch. Not for me, but I find many others who would use this more than I did.

I had the first generation watch from 2015. Yes, that is before what they now call the 1st generation. I loved it and debated upgrading. The waterproofing is nice but not a reason to upgrade for me since I don't swim. The speed is what sold me. The reviews said it was faster but I was still skeptical. I finally bit the bullet and purchased. Wow! When I finish a workout, I tap done and can instantly save my workout with no delay. New apps launch really fast. What I once accepted is crazy slow. If money is tight and you have the original you are fine. If you have the extra dollars and love your watch then upgrade. You will not look back. I just passed my old watch to my teen daughter and she loves it as in introduction to what it can do to her social environment.

I've had this watch since about the time it was released and have had a positive experience so far. It looks fairly classy and fits my wrist nicely. I use it for a wide variety of purposes. For work, I use the calendar, email, and message functions on a regular basis. It is nice being away from my phone but still connected. For exercise, I use it primarily for cardio training, as i sometimes use straps when weightlifting and I can't use them simultaneously. GPS works well. At home, I use it mostly to casually check text messages and emails. Haven't gotten too much deeper than that. Overall, I really like it since I'm heavily invested in the Apple ecosystem. For the price you can pay for a more expensive dumb watch, you get some extra functionality that might fit your needs/wants.

Apple Watch Series 2 is simply the best smartwatch on the market. Waterproof, GPS chip, etc., you really don't need anything more. If you've been thinking about it, don't wast any more time, get one! You will love it!!!

Love how I can connect all my apple products together. With my new Apple Watch I can control music on my Air Pods without taking out my phone. Watch is very stylish and I love how it looks with my new Milanese band! Great for fitness and has many features that will help you get in shape. Overall it is another must have from apple!
