The apple watch is an awesome product. I like the ceramic version better because it is more durable and scratch resistant. With the release of the apple watch iOS 3 the older iOS 2 version was at a more reasonable price.

Wasn't sure if the series 2 would be worth the upgrade over the series 1, for me the battery and gps was worth the upgrade for me.

I recently bought one of these for myself but I loved it so much that I decided this would make the perfect Christmas gift for family members! I love how handy and versatile it is! it works perfectly with the iPhone!

I don't think anyone really needs a smartwatch... They're fun and useful, but still basically a gadget more than anything else. If all you want is a fitness tracker, there are cheaper options out there surely. But if you like gadgets, and you primarily work in the Apple eco system, there's no question that the AppleWatch makes a solid addition. My biggest debate when looking to by was between the Aluminum and Stainless Steel versions. I was attracted to the Aluminum because they're a bit cheaper, but the Stainless Steel seemed to be tougher and so far that's held true. I've accidentally banged it around a bit and haven't seen any damage to the screen and only minor scuffs to the case which I can buff out. Some folks online were concerned with the weight, but I don't really notice it since I used to wear a fairly heavy watch anyway. If it's going to be an everyday watch and you expect some wear and tear I'd go with the stainless steel.

The watch is light and water proof as I always wanted. It gives me all the information that I need and easy to use fashion.

This has ended up being my daily watch. Along with the fitness applications counting calories and suggesting activity, the notices that I receive keep me from digging in my pocket to see why I just got buzzed. News updates, weather alerts, text messages and phone calls all come to the watch. Text messages can be responded to and phone calles can be answered and carried on via the watch. I like it so much I have bought four bands of different colors and materials for atheletic and casual dress.

Been using the device over a month now, so it's time for a review. I worn the watch doing many things like: re-shingle a roof (highly recommend not to) due to potential scratch on the stainless steel portion, taking it on 5+ mile hikes, swimming in a pool and the ocean, sleeping with it on to monitor sleep rhythm and last but not least: on the job. I do tend to be more carefully with it compared to my other watches. But overall, it helps me keep motivated to keep moving and close my RINGS!

As an owner of a series 1 watch the upgrades were worth the wait. Love the new features including the GPS at water resistance.

The watch is fantastic! Apple finally made it water proof and the battery lasts a full day even when I heavily use the apps.

This is a cool watch made of stainless steal not aluminum. Its water proof great battery life and just looks amazing.

I upgraded to the series 2 for the waterproof feature. the battery life is double what the series 1 apple watch was

as a fan of Apple I really really enjoy this product. I had the aluminum version but decided to get the stainless steel as soon as I saw it go on sale. Definitely worth the extra $$$ to upgrade

I was kind of skeptical at first since it was an open box item but it was in excellent condition and it is just what I needed it took me a little bit of time to learn it but I got it down now.

I bought this Apple 42mm Watch Series 2 Stainless Steel several weeks ago and have used it EVERYDAY. It's bold and stylish. This watch is heavy duty and has a bright display. I got the 42mm because for me I want to be able to see the information on the watch itself. I love the features. I wanted it more for the app sharing with my iPhone, but I'm now really addicted to the health features. I know I might sound odd, but it actually reminds you to breathe and take a moment for yourself which I find quite interesting and worthwhile. The ability to track your walking, etc is great. The ability to switch out bands is great as well. I have purchased different ones for different reasons such as match it to your clothing. The bands are very comfortable. They don't pinch or cut into your wrist. They come in different sizes as well. One thing to keep in mind, Apple products can be expensive, but well worth the money. So, just keep in mind what you can or can not afford. I bought the stainless steel one because it can handle a little more wear & tear such as scratches etc. I got the black one because it will match any clothing outfit. Also, the black matches any band. If you decide to get one you will definitely be happy with your purchase. Just keep in mind how much you want to spend or can afford.

Upgrading to Apple Watch S2, was totally worth it. Battery Life is so much better, plus better Waterproofing.

Nice looking watch but everything apple produces is way to expensive

The fact that this updated Apple Watch now has GPS and increased water resistance makes this a better buy.

I debated getting the Apple Watch since the initial launch. I finally broke down and got the series 2 about a month ago and I am glad I did. I really enjoy changing the watch faces. Battery easily makes it through the day. The display is great and the watch is very comfortable. While it is not a necessity, it really is fun and I look forward to wearing it!

The battery life on this watch has lasted up to two and a half regular work days (admittedly these are days where I have not had time to use the workout feature). This is with regular use of finding text message, directions, and reminders to move around. I have had this for a few weeks now, and I love how interchangeable it is. This particular product also has a screen made of sapphire, and I have not noticed any scuffing at all.

It's everything great about the previous version but with a brighter screen, GPS and water proof!
