Should come with instructions customer service here at Aiea Hawaii slow.came to buy a sd card that was on sale fòr the deal of the day and they took so long looking for it I left the store and came back and they still couldn't find it

Only negative is that the salesman didn't offer Apple Care now I have to do that on my own

When Best Buy put the Apple Watch on sale I thought it would be a perfect gift for my kids and their spouses since 2015 wss the year it came on the market and they all have iPhones! They love them! Not one returned for credit or cash!

I bought this watch for my wife and to this point she has loved it.

This thing is so cool! Take phone calls, answer text messages and read emails right from your wrist. Built in heart rate monitor and motion detection make it the best exercise companion. Lots of really slick apps are available as well

Good product but would like more in range distance from IPhone. Also more battery power for tracking heart rate during longer activities. Otherwise love it. Lots of fun.

Initially was not sure whether I would need this as I was using Fitbit, but found it useful in many ways other than health apps. Very stylish and looks great. Highly recommended.

I really like my Apple Watch because I can talk to reply to a text without bringing out my phone. I didn't wear a watch before, but I have added the activity tracker to the face and can see where I am in my goals throughout the day.

Battery should at least last longer than 2-3 days with regular use

Its a product for the millenniums...its got all the aspects that make living in the modern world easy; accessible; of interest and of use. Its got everything packed into this handsome package... I got a great price at Best Buy too!!!

My wife inadvertently became an early (and skeptical) adopter and she loved it. When the rose gold option came out she was a bit bummed. Purchased this one to replace the silver aluminum and she loves it! Definitely worth picking up.

I'm not a techy so I won't comment on the interface...I bought it because I like the aesthetics and capabilities to sync with my iPhone. I have no complaints with the purchase...

I am not what you would consider a techie, but I absolutely love the Apple watch. I can view text messages, receive calls, track steps, and see how many calories burnt. I can view weekly fitness progress. It's water resistant. I accidentally dropped it into the sink I had been washing dishes in.....no glitches. It's easy to change out the band and add pops of color to the face in order to coordinate with what you are wearing. I also enjoy the photo sync that allows me to view my favorite pics of those I love while I'm away.

This watch is an extension of your IPHONE extremely easy to use and very durable. Also very convenient wearing the technology on your wrist if considering a Fitbit this is a much better device for HR monitoring and activity tracking

Really enjoying my watch! Pros: easy to use fitness tracking, user friendly apps and setup, stylish, comfortable Cons: battery life is short (up to one day on a charge), must be within 30ft of iPhone in order to receive texts

I purchased this watch for my wife as a birthday gift and was not certain that she would like it. After setting up and learning how to operate, she loves it! She has always been a fan of Maps and loves the haptic notifications for turns that only requires a glance at the watch to see the arrow for the next turn. Being able to see who an incoming text is from, when her phone is in her purse, is also a big plus for her.

Good overall, just needs better battery life. Still a great product.

My Apple Watch is great for what I wanted. It's great to see texts and calls discreetly while I'm at work. I have nice apps to tell me when I need to go to my next appointment. I can even see my appointments on my watch. It's great!

I wanted a fitness monitor that would monitor heart rate and estimate calories. on sale, the price was close to other monitors, but comes with SO MUCH more! I wear it all the time and it's a great and natural extension of my iPhone.
