As expected
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I believe that this product met my expectations based off the iPhone 6. First I'll go over what this watch does really well! Activity tracking:) which was one of the most important things to me when buying a smart watch! Notification it's so nice to get alerts on your wrist makes you feel more incognito. Looks good for a smart watch. It's very comfortable. Ok so those are my favorite things about the watch now things that I hate. THIS WATCH IS VERY DELICATE!!!!! Aluminum scratches/dents very easy and screen is very prone to scratches! Before buying this product I watched many YouTube test on how durible this thing was but its not true at all!!!!! No Third party watch faces. Very limited apps. SLOW........ I think that with this watch it might have been better if I just spent the extra money to get the stainless and sapphire Version for the duriblity. I'm not sure how durable that version is but I can honestly say that this sport version is very fragile so be careful.

Great companion, poor battery life
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the fitness and health tracking. Phone calls and notifications are nice but not essential, though I do reach for my phone far less now. 3rd party watch apps still catching up but that will continue to improve. I'd love to have better battery life, I get 18-24 hours depending on usage, but the advantages far outweigh the disadvantages or other devices IMHO. Plus, they keep a high resale value if I change my mind down the road.

I love it.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'll keep it short. I love my Apple Watch. It's definitely worth the money in my opinion. I got the Apple Watch when it first released.... Used it for a day and didn't really like it. I felt like it wasn't worth the money. (I bought the 42 mm sport edition with the white band and bought the additional black sport band to go with it. The black and silver aluminum looked very nice together.) So I ended up returning the watch. I went about a month with out the watch and bought it again simply because I felt like I was missing something. I got tired of wearing a g shock everyday that only did what regular watches do. I practically have an iPhone on my wrist now. I send messages, take phone calls, talk to Siri, check the weather.. Just about anything all on my watch. I'm sure most people have the same mindset I did when I first had the watch "I have a phone for that stuff". The Apple Watch is an item just like the iPhone. It will slowly grow on you and before you know it... You can't go a day without it. I highly recommend the Apple Watch. I never go a day without. Plus you get complements on it all the time. "Is that the new Apple Watch?" It never gets old. One thing though! It is not a GPS watch. I learned that the hard way, but that wasn't a deal breaker for me.

Love it!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I waited about six months before buying an apple watch. I have now owned it over a month, and I have found that it is becoming indispensable. I use it constantly for reading emails, texts, checking my schedule, the weather, and all sorts of tasks. It is nice to be able to do these things without having to pull out my iPhone all the time. My only complaint is that it is a bit slow sometimes, and can pause for a few seconds trying to do something, but that only happens infrequently. I would highly recommend it Also, buy the Spigen Rugged Armor case with screen protector. Well worth the extra money to protect it.

Best wearable tech
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I can answer my phone, start calls, send texts, look at my notifications, talk to Siri and even use Apple Pay, all without having to take my phone out. This is the best wearable tech for the price. It is easy to set up and is fun to wear all the time. It is extremely customizable, being able to change the straps with other straps from any Apple Watch models. I would recommend this to any friend.

Puts the Smart in Smart Watch
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My background. I've had a Martian Notifier, Pebble, and Garmin Vivoactive. This is the best overall device of them all. While the Garmin has GPS independent of phone, I track my runs in Map My Run and Runkeeper, so it's actually easier for me to just do track using my phone. With the exception of marathons, GPS should not conpletely kill my battery. I have a TomTom runner so marathon distance is covered. Notifications are great and very customizable. Apps are excellent. Battery is sufficient. It's not expected to last a week, but certainly makes it through a day plus.

Great product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this watch for myself, and so happy I did! I don't have Bluetooth or the USB port in my car, so when I'm on the road, I can answer calls or change the song. I love that you can dictate texts to answer others back, or to just send a text. I do like to see my progress throughout the day as far as the goals set for me fitness wise. The downsides are that it's very easy to bump the corners and the color come off. The battery life could be better. If you wake up early and end your days late as I do, your watch will not last until the next day. All in all, I love this watch. I have yet to forget a day leaving the house without it!

Another Great Apple Product!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The price of the Apple Watch was a huge turn off when it was released, but the recent price decrease was enough to make me go forward with a purchase. From the lightweight design, to the comfortable band, to the fitness tracking and workout reminders, this Watch is amazing! All of my electronics consist of Apple products so I know them very well, and Apple was spot on with this design. If you're thinking of purchasing, do it! You won't regret it!

Great Watch with Benefits
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am not ready to give this 5 stars yet, but it is close. The one drawback, so far is that my Iphone 6 seems to drain battery power much faster. The watch is awesome as far as convenience and getting notifications on your wrist, without pulling your phone out. It is good looking and fits my wrist very well. The fitness and activity monitoring is great and easy to use and view. I highly recommend the watch. I knew I wanted one and was just waiting for Best Buy to start selling them. Hope this helps someone make their decision.

Bought 2
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got a 38mm rise gold for the wife and a 42mm space grey for me. I we love them. Easy to use and setup. The more we use it the less we take out big clunky iPhone 6plus out of our pockets. Lots of cool bands and accessories available on Amazon.

Wonderful Device
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a great extension to my iPhone, and very "Apple" in its use. Most everything is intuitive, once you learn a few basics (like swiping from the top or bottom of the screen, all the various uses for the digital crown, etc.). It's actually a welcome upgrade from my previous Fitbit Surge. The closest thing I have to a complaint is the battery life - it's better than the 17 hours Apple originally advertised, but I still charge it overnight - because of this, I don't get the sleep tracking I had with the Fitbit, which I'm a bit disappointed about.

Great product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this along side my 6S Plus. This has made my day to day life easier. I can easily ignore or give attention to emails, text messages or phone calls without having to dig my phone out. Since turning fitness on my knees don't hurt anymore. It tells me when I've been sitting too long and when I need to stand up. Game selection is quite small. As a side note $449 for a link butterfly band. How about no? Not worth knocking a star off.

Great Sports Watch
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Really enjoy my sports Apple watch. It is light weight and easy to use. Love the activity feature, sports app, the ability to receive/answer text message, assist in directions, and answer the phone without picking up your iPhone. The minus is when you go out for a walk or run you need to bring your iPhone with you for the activity feature/sports app for full capability. You can walk or run without your iPhone but your data will be limited. Also, you will have to charge the watch every other day.

Not essential, but an encouraging beginning
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you can get past the price, this product is definitely a "try." The activity features encourage you to get up and move around once every hour, the notifications can alert you very unobtrusively and are very easy to dismiss until a later time, and the design is undeniably beautiful. I would have to ask a series of serious questions before definitively recommending this to someone. It's either REALLY not for you, or incredibly right for you, and there will be very few who fall between those two extremes.

Special circumstances
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love my Apple watch. At the time of this writing I will be getting over 33 hours before I drop to 20% battery. I have read up to economize the battery length and I am as happy as can be with the features that I must have. 1 call per day, less than a minute. Reminders set for Messages, CNN headlines, eBay, no animated watch faces and no color on my watch faces. I have a bad heart and I am thankful to a fairly accurate Heart pace reading. My eBay membership helps me to afford the watch and keeping me on time. I will be 61 yrs old. My hearing is bad also so the vibration is great because I could never feel my iPhone alarms and feel vibrations. INVALUABLE. BTW I own a PC desktop and an MacBOOK pro. Both invaluable for what I do. Now APPLE, start making all your products in the USA and I'll be ecstatic!!!!!!

Great Gadget
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This thing has come in handy quite a bit for me at work. In my company truck we have cameras with a no tolerance policy regarding the use of cell phones. This has been great to see who is calling to decide if it is important for me to pull over and answer the call. I've also used a Fitbit in the past and was not happy with the accuracy with it as it county driving down bumpy roads as steps. This watch seems to be way more accurate and it is easy to set goals for myself and check on my progress throughout the day. My only concern is the battery life. If you forget to charge it even for one day it is useless. There is no way you can charge on the go and that is when you start to realize how much you actually use this thing.

Excellent with room to grow
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Apple Watch Sport is a bit of everything. I set out looking for a watch that would have some function for tracking my fitness progress. Looking at all of the options, it seemed reasonable to spend a little more and get a watch that promised to be more than a fitness tracker. This watch had met my expectations. The integration with my phone for notifications and even games is really useful and fun. And with the consistent record Apple had for updating its products, I'm confident this will only get better.

THE smartwatch for iPhone...when it's priced right
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was an early adopter on smartwatches, starting with the original Pebble. I didn't regularly wear watches before, but having an extension of my phone on my wrist was extremely helpful. I also bought a Pebble Steel and Pebble Time Steel before the Apple Watch came out. I skipped the Apple Watch at first because it was too expensive and the battery life paled to the days my Pebbles would go between charges. Then the Time Steel started to show it's bad sides - the connection issues that plagued the first Pebble still existed and inadvertent button presses often left the watch displaying anything but the time. About that time the Apple Watches went on sale for Black Friday. So I jumped ship, and I haven't looked back. With the Apple Watch there's never a connection issue, no inadvertent button presses, and the battery life isn't as bad as I thought it would be. I regularly still have 60% battery left at the end of the day, and it charges every night with the phone. The Apple Watch charger is much easier to connect than that for the Pebble too. Add in the Siri and Apple Pay integration, and I haven't touched a Pebble since buying the Apple Watch.
