The Apple Watch does exactly what it is supposed to do. It is not the same as a FitBit, as it bases activity on readings of the wearer's pulse and the type of activity you "tell" it you are doing. The watch is a very useful adjunct to your iPhone as it can be used to answer messages, set a reminder to time an activity, check your pulse accurately, check weather, etc. It is especially useful as a reminder to be physically active. For a first generation device, the watch is an excellent start..

The watch comes in handy allowing you the freedom of not having to check your phone. You can read and respond from the watch

Watch everything I wanted just wished it had more battery life.

I considered the stainless model but at $200 more, it was just a cosmetic improvement and wasnt worth it in my opinion. Especially if you are putting a case/band on it that covers up the shiny stainless. This model is extremely durable with the Ion glass, the aluminum has not even shown a single blemish after a month + of use. Great for working out, etc.

I love my Apple Watch. It's like having a iPhone on your wrist.

So far I'm loving my apple watch, and my biggest concern was it's ability to withstand water, which I can confirm positively. I can do all normal activities with it just fine and the only reason why I don't give it 5 stars is because: 1. it's not so good at tracking my activity when at the gym (treadmill + weights). Sometimes it even thinks I didn't do anything after a 45 min workout. 2. It does not have built in abilities track my sleep Biggest selling point for me? the apps notifications

I wanted something that would be useful as a productivity device and help me see and respond to notifications without pulling out my phone all the time. The fitness aspect to me was an added bonus. After looking at other smart watch devices, most seemed centered on fitness instead of productivity. The Apple Watch is exactly what I was looking for.
