This is the 2nd Apple Watch I got my boyfriend and both times we had to return it to apple

This watch has all the features I was looking for!

Not as cool I thought. I bought an open box for the Sam price as a new one is now.

I felt like there are better products on the market. In my opinion, just okay.

This watch is slow and really needs to be better. Apple work on it!

As an best buy employee, we tend to buy everything and anything thats new and exciting in the stores... I've had my watch since the first week it came out and it is spectacular. My personal favorite features are, Think of how many times throughout your work or school day you feel your phone vibrate in your pocket and your not sure if it's a text or one of the 100 other notifications it could be, with the apple watch you can glance at your wrist and make a decision on whether its important enough to give it attention or if you can carry on the other work you have. If you're one who has multiple group texts this is especially helpful. The workouts application is an amazing one, this has really helped me keep track and motivate myself to keep pushing even when I don't want to. To sum it up 10/10 recommend from a best buy employee. This will become an everyday and every person technology. Blue shirt tested.... blue shirt approved.

Dirt gets caught along the watch and you have to clean it out all the time

Found the perfect watch face that provides all vital information in a large clear font. Really happy with its features and functionality. Fun setting up and discovering its potential. Viewed the informative videos on the Apple WEB site to further educate myself. Getting it on sales for $100 off MSRP was definitely a deal maker for me. Bought a second one for my better half and he loves it too.

I think Apple miss the boat with this product waiting for the iwatch2

So after some extensive research, I decided to take the plunge and get the Apple Watch Sport. i could not justify the extra $200 for the stainless steel version. Sure it's stainless steel with sapphire glass, but that just didn't make me want to spend an additional $200. Plus, many videos that showed testing the ion glass showed how hard it was to scratch or break. I've been asked on more then one occasion, "why did you get the Apple Watch? ". My answer to them is "to tell time". LOL Actually when I found out how many uses it had, I started to become more interested. My first thought when I heard about it was, that it's just an expensive watch that I will never use. Turns out, I was able to start my car with it, adjust the volume on my hearing aids with it(not all hearing aids are compatible), shop on Amazon with it (browse only. Need iPhone to buy), track my steps with it, send text messages, and answer phone calls. Also, I misplace my phone a lot. While they do not have "Find my iPhone" app on the watch, they do have an indicator on there to tell you if the phone is out of range. So if I'm on my way to work and I get this sudden feeling I forgot my phone at home, I only need to look at my wrist to see it still has a connection to my phone. Beats digging through my purse. I've used that feature numerous times. If it still has a connection, you know it's within 30 feet of you. Right now I am limited to the people I can send drawings or my heart beat to, to my sister and my boss. Obviously, I'm not sending those to my boss, so it's only my sister. That's not a big draw back though because we hardly ever use it. Kind of a pain to use in fact. The heart beat doesn't always work right. You end up sending pulses instead of heart beats. The drawing is awkward. You try drawing in a small screen with your finger. Anyway, there are tons of other uses and they keep increasing. The new OS update has improved performance a bit too. If you are Leary about purchasing first gen, I don't blame you. I normally don't either but I wanted to use it for all the things I listed above. Now that I have it, I don't see going without it. That's weird considering I NEVER wore a watch before I got the Apple Watch. I didn't even wear bracelets. The speaker phone could use some work though. It's OK, but a bit heard to hear. Then again, you may not want it super loud.

Terrible customer service at Best Buy in Central Ave Yonkers location. Gave me a defective iwatch and denied helping me when I went to the store. I will never shop from Best Buy again. Save yourself some time and buy it directly from Apple. Unprofessionals.

I my self consider to be watch addict.Here I said it. I have had watches of all kinds!.Analog,digital,cheap ones, gold ones,dive, dive watch/dive computer and liked them all.This watch however has so many features in one package that if you have iPhone 5 and newer models,you owe it to yourself to buy these! At first I was hesitant to get them because of initial reviews on different websites claiming some down sides like constantly having iPhone around (not true) You can still do lots of things even without the iPhone . Some claimed poor battery life (mine so far use about 20% battery for one day of normal use) By normal use I mean read notifications,check the weather,send few texts,check the calendar and so.So put it on the charger every 4-5 days or even every night on the night stand is fine with me. Anyway if you consider purchasing these, just get them and try for yourself. I'm sure you'll like them.

After reading hundreds of reviews online and on Best Buys website, I decided to purchase this watch when it was $100 off. I couldn't find it anywhere else for that price. So what a steal. Yes 300 dollars for a watch seems steep, but what you are actually receiving is much more than a price tag or just a flashy watch to show all of your friends. My girlfriend and I have been on a recent health kick, to try to fix our weight problem. At the gym it only can show you what calories you have burned while being on a machine, and that just isn't good enough for me. After wearing the watch to the gym, and to work (I work as a bartender), I was able to connect it to my iPhone 6 Plus, and have fantastic graphs to show everyone and was able to track my progress each day. I am such a big fan of this watch, that I am getting my girlfriend one as well. I rate this watch a 5 out of 5. It does exactly what I need it to do. I recommend a case that protects the watch, and a screen protector as well just so it doesn't get scratched. Other than that, it was a great buy and can't wait to track the rest of my progress! I recently purchased the black sport 42mm watch. I got this watch to wear at work and to wear to the gym mainly. One of the main reasons I chose this was because you can download apps, such as Pandora to the watch. What I came to find out though was you cannot even play the music on the actual watch or even through my bluetooth headphones. The music will turn on but it plays through the iPhone. This defeats the entire purpose of the app on the watch. I also really was disappointed with the battery life of this watch. I read that it has an 18 hour battery life but I am very busy at work and do not use the watch constantly so I was hoping to extend that a little bit. Not the case. I worked my normal 10 hour shift and by the time I got home the watch is already at 36%. Not terrible but again, I barely used this at work. On a positive note though this watch is incredibly comfortable and sleek looking. It is lightweight and easy to wear all day. The display is great and I love the notifications I am able to get as well. I am able to keep in touch with people even away from my phone. All in all the watch is pretty fun but it did not live up to what I purchased it for. That being said I will return this watch as it is just to expensive to have "just for fun." It has its pros and its cons and I believe Apple can do better in a later model.

I bought this and the second day it stopped working. I took it in and got it replaced with the newer version and a 38 instead of the 42 in rose gold. The Best Buy in Springfield mo was awesome and I'm thankful for them working with me!

I bought this product 2 months ago and the watch is turn off and turn on a many times in the day. Who can help me? If i want to return what do i need to do? I want my money back

My son has been researching the Apple Watch for some time and asked for it for Christmas. Best Buy had the best deal!! I have to say I was extremely impressed with this purchase. The watch is good looking and the features are impressive. He of course knows more than me, LOL. I may purchase one for myself!!!!!

My Watch froze on me a bunch. Came with iPhone cord which was crazy. No watch charger inside. I should have spend $20 more to get a new one. It was too late to get a new one because they ran out. Pretty disappointed

I was wanting Apple Watch when they came out but just couldn't justify spending that much. Once I seen the $100 off deal last week it was a no brainer to get it. Apple products are rarely discounted that much. This watch is great and I love how you can customize the faces, bands and cases. I can probably get a day and a half out of the battery life. It's the perfect companion for my 6 plus. It's nice not having to pull my iPhone out of my pocket every time I want to check a text or email. And I love how I can track my runs and workouts with it now.

Terrible purchase, but not Best Buy's fault!!! Apple is losing quality and service at their store is a no go!!!!! Had to return it and Best Buy was great in their service!!!
