great for apple lovers
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The apple watch is convenient! only complaint is battery life but other than that, there is no other major issues. Wish we could text more than a few syllables on this thing and it would be nice to make calls too. I got this as a gift for my fiancee and he loves it! uses it every day. The color doesn't get dirty either which is why I picked darker.

It is my new best friend!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This watch is amazing! it charges fast and I get my important notifications and messages instantly. We are not allowed to use cell phones in meetings, especially with upper management. This watch keeps me connected ! I get reminders without having to pull out this big phone: 6+ If you need help staying organized then get it! The display is small but EXTREMELY clear!

Great for the person on the move
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have only had my watch for a few days now but the interface is easy! Also with a baby soon on the way the watch allows me to view and control my phone from a distance without having to constantly take it out to look at.

Awesome Watch
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My job requires me to keep a close watch on my e mail and text messages all day long. It became cumbersome to unclick and re-click my I-Phone from my belt holster a bunch of times each day, especially while driving and wearing my seat belt. The Apple Watch is a nice remote control for my phone, the interface between them is great. In addition, the sales people at Best Buy really were the best !

Great Watch
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was reluctant to buy this seeing it was just a fad to have an Apple Watch. I love this product, it helps me out in my day to day activities for business and keeps track of my exercise activities as well. The only thing I wish was better was not having to change it daily. But, that's not a really big deal.

iWatch is Pretty Good, Will Eventually Be Better
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like this watch so far. I mostly bought it to remind me of the gazillion appointments I have each week. It does what it should, i.e. it dings when you get a text or reminder, and it rings when you get a call. It is a nifty little gadget for those of us who like to buy tech. I would recommend

Better with use
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the watch because I want to keep up with the latest tech. The learning curve - for me, anyway - was a little steep. The exercise tracking was hard to get, but I finally installed the apps that tracked what I wanted, and I use my watch for everything from walking to weight training. The alarms and reminders have organized my day, and I use the camera remote to take family photos! Never miss a phone call, text, email, message, etc. I can check temp, weather, etc from my wrist. The longer I have my watch, the more I use it and rely on it.

Glorified watch
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After using it day to day it isn't all that great. Fitment and design are beautiful but the functionality and purpose isn't quite there. It functions as a digital watch and has apps but the apps are bare and basic versions of the iphone app. It can be convenient to look at notification but that's all that it is good for. Notifications also don't always get pushed to your watch, so if you use your phone constantly forget about receiving any notifications to your watch because it already will be viewed and thus not pushed to the phone. Switching apps on the watch is a bit cumbersome because you have to scroll through the phone's essential apps to get to one place. The app layout on the otherhand lets you see all the apps but the icons are so small that you have to zoom in and then carefully select the desired app without touching the other ones. The heartbeat sensor only works if you have the app open and doesn't periodically record your heartbeat like the fitibit charge hr. The phone must be connected to the iphone via bluetooth at ALL times and is managed using the apple watch app which isn't all that great either. Notifications have to be manually set on/off for EACH available watch app. This can get a little annoying. Overall, for $400 this isn't that great considering 75% of the time you will use it as a BASIC digital watch to tell time.

Is it really a Watch?
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use my apple watch far more than my actual phone. I would say the only reason they call it a watch is because it's strapped to your wrist other than that it pretty much is everything else. My favorite feature would have to be that it vibrates when I get a call message or notification. I don't have to ever worry about missing a call or message again. I always misplace my phone and I can easily find my phone by using my Apple Watch to play some music from my phone and then I can easily locate it. I am so happy my unselfish husband decided to get this for me instead of himself. He always has the new tech products before I do and this has been a real treat!

Nice watch!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I always told myself I would never buy one of these, but the sale for $299.00 caught my eye and I had to try it - not bad! It does almost everything my iPhone 6S does but being able to keep the phone out of reach, in my pocket, etc is a nice tool esp when driving!

Not just a toy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Originally, I hesitated purchasing due to concerns over battery life and practicality. So far, battery easily lasts all day, tracking multiple workouts, email, text messages, and other notifications. After 14-15 hours of use each day, the battery still has about a 40% charge. The convenience of not constantly needing to pull my phone out of my pocket is nice. After only a few days, I'm not sure how I survived without it!

okay fitness tracking for beginners
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a fitness rat and the main idea why I purchased the apple watch was because of their fitness tracking. I have used the best ones in the market as Polar and Garmin. So I know exactly how my heart rate should be at my workouts. I tried the apple watch for about 2 weeks and I got mad about the watch every single workout that I wore it. 85% of the time, my heart rate was not accurate and so my calories and everything else which is based on it. Most of the time it says "measuring" which it really annoying since polar and Garmin never had this problem. BESIDES the fitness tracking, everything else in the watch was great. I loved the designed and the features it had. I just think apple needs to step up on the fitness tracking point which, in my opinion, is the most important feature in the watch. Nobody really txt or rarely talk on the watch. It is made mostly to check your notifications to see if you really have something important and the fitness tracking to have an idea/motivation of your daily activity. I have had many others fitness tracking bands as fit band, jawbone, and all of those are not as easy to connect as the apple watch is. You get all the data to your phone right away. If you are a beginner, meaning never had any fitness tracking in your LIFE and do not really care about accuracy, GO FOT IT. They say apple is going to have a software update this coming September 9th. So we will see! Hopefully they will come up with something to fix that because If the data was accurate I would definitely go back again to purchase it, AGAIN. I returned it by the way! GO LUCK!

Not Great
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased for $299. The build quality is excellent. The calendar, email, text, and phone call notifications worked great. Replying to these using Siri or the microphone worked well, but far from perfect. If it puts the wrong word in while speaking, you have to cancel the whole message and start again. Hey Siri delays are inconsistent. Sometimes the command would work right away, other times you’re waiting for it to complete your command for an unreasonable amount of time. There are a few watch faces and complications, but there could be more. It requires the iPhone to be within Bluetooth and Wi-Fi range in order for all the features to work. It doesn't notify you with haptic feedback if you walk out of range of your iPhone. I set my notifications for haptic feedback only, but watch still makes sounds. Watch will only count flights of stairs climbed if iPhone is with you. Watch requires nightly charging which prevents it from being used for sleep or resting heart rate analysis. It mostly failed for me in comfort. After wearing the watch for about a month, my wrist where the back of the watch touches started to get sore. I tried different comfort levels on the band but continued to have issues with this.
