Slick design and great features. Easy to use and makes my day easier.

This watch is as easy to use as other Apple products. I love being able to just turn my wrist and read a new text message. The band is super soft and with the end of the watch band turn it, the watch stays secure on your arm. I also like that it locks as soon as it's off my wrist. It requires that someone uses the passcode to get back in!!! Cons: 1). Volume: The volume is almost nonexistent. Why have the capability of answering my phone if I can't hear what the caller is saying? 2) Portability: The small charging disk should be able to plug in to other Apple charging cords. I know Apple wants their money, so... Charge us for the disc, but give us more flexibility to transport it and charge it in multiple places. 3). Accessories: Although being able to purchase and easily change watch bands is fun, the extra watch bands are way too expensive at $50. 4) Fragile: As with other Apple products, the screen is too fragile!!! It scratches and can be cracked fairly easily.

A great item, even better when on sale. My wife loves it. If you don't have an iPhone I don't recommend it. Being able to answer calls and talk with your watch is a fun feature. Also reading and replying to texts on the go is much easier with the watch. Lots of good other features. The sport seems more durable than the non sport. Ready to buy mine now as well.

had a bad time with the salesperson, would not match the price with a store which prices are matched, very arrogant person and would not get a manager. The price dropped and i came back in manager did not seem interested. A manager called me and also would not match even though I had a copy of advertisement, nice product bad customer servise on multiple levels. and I own 2500 shares, they didn't .and I am sure they that I bought stock just to show my allegiance to Best Buy and my good faith they could make it as a brick and mortar store.

This is an outstanding watch. I have bought three now for all the kids. They communicate more than ever and often send their heartbeats to one another to let each other know they are thinking of them
