This watch is incredibly helpful when you are somewhere that you don't want to keep holding your phone. You can get email, alerts, texts etc. It can be set to mirror your phone. Another advantage is , you can purchase extra bands if you want to change them. LOVE IT !! ONLY drawback... has to be charged at night.

Its worth it just for being able to read text messages without using my phone. Also, like that it attempts to track my physical activity and gives me alerts to walk or stand. The commands aren't the easiest and it doest track all movement but thats what you have to deal with when you buy the early models. I will admit that I do have a bit of skin irritation on my wrist...

I use my watch for everything from my shopping list to my calendar. I love it!
