Good for receiving and sending messages without using your phone. Able to get all the apps on the watch that are on the phone. Not sure how accurate calories burns are but its a good tracker.

Perfect for a ladies wrist. This is the 38mm. The band it comes with is ugly - light lavender. Obviously a man put this color combo together:).

I love my watch. This is my second Apple Watch. My first one got stolen and I wasn't going to replace it. But I did miss it I miss the convenience of having everything on my wrist I pick my love the GPS. On a more syrup at the level the new rose gold color is with family swayed me to repurchase.

The Apple Watch is definitely not a necessity but nonetheless a great accessory. I won mine through a raffle at a car dealership, and probably wouldn't have one if I had to purchase it myself.
