Opened the box and it was excellent until I begin to pair it to my iPhone and found out it was paired to someone else's Apple ID. VERY ANGRY. AND DID RETURN IN STORE, but they did order me a brand new one. Still can't understand why they didn't check everything before they accepted as a return???

order open box part missing
