Doorbell that won’t ring bell

My existing bell meets all requirements and no ringing. I really do not want to pay another $50 for a tiny chime when I have a working wired bell. None of Arlo’s help articles suggest anything other than changing the switch from 1 to 3, neither work. If they do not come up with another suggestion in the next few days I will return the button. I cannot speak for the audio as others have. The primary function did not work so I didn’t test further.

Could be better

This works great as an average doorbell. Not the best for a "smart" doorbell. Biggest cons: you have to change a battery, and you cant set "zones". All things you can do with the ring doorbell. Advantage is it works with Arlo system and with the Arlo "HUB".
