I don’t like that my phone rings when someone is there but if my doorbell rang at the same time you’ll be OK so overall it’s just OK

Doorbell does not work!

Now when someone presses the doorbell, I do not receive any notification on my mobile device. I contacted Arlo tech support and was told this was a known problem and someone would get back to me. No one did, so I called again, and was told the same ... known problem and someone would get back to me. No one ever has. Now Arlo has sent me an email saying they have closed the case because they have not heard from me. Very disappointed. The doorbell is useless as it does not notify my mobile devices. What good is a doorbell that you can't hear? Tech support has disappeared. Given that Arlo says this is a known problem and given Arlo has not provided a solution - there is no reason to purchase this doorbell.

Worth it

This one could be hardwired or battery operated. thank you and use the motion sensor to trigger the door chime and another video camera to record
