Came used with scratches and low battery. Clearly was repackaged.

Audio was terrible. Syncing was easy. I think it should have it’s own camera

This was just a silly idea. I tried it, but way too tricky to sync everything up perfectly.

I bought the doorbell knowing that it didn't have a camera. Had difficulty connecting to my doorbell, even though I bought a new one. I didn't want the Arlo Chime because I want more than just "ding dong". Also we decided that we would rather have a doorbell with the camera in it so you could see the person at our door from their front, not just looking down at them.

Tried to wire to my charm. Could not. Spent to much time spent.

It doesn’t have camera function so I don’t have a use for it. It did function as it advertised.

Microphone is good. Connection stay with chime but for just audio it would be best with a camera.

The doorbell wasnt the easiest to setup and for some reason there is static most of the time.

has 'known issues'. can't connect more then one chime. when you connect the camera to the doorbell the chime drop connection. they know about these problems and say a fix is coming in the next couple months. spent 3 hours of my life trying to make this work before i figured this out.

This product would be better if it after an extended battery life

The doorbell rings the chime but does not show the video through the front door camera on the phone nor the voice works! The Arlo team is still struggling to find out what’s causing this but no success so far as I write this review.

Rarely triggers. When it does it even rarely contacts my phone as it was set up to do. It NEVER triggers the camera it's paired with. Arlo support is a convoluted mess. It is a $150 door bell (the one thing it does, but not as well as the stock button it replaced).

I wouldn’t buy one mine broke the first week it was installed

I had high expectations for this, but alas they were not fulfilled. The door bell worked fine for a doorbell. However, the speaker for the audio was terrible. You have to put your ear within inches of the speaker to hear it. It is very low and a high tin sound.

They way this is advertised, seemed like it was a like a ring doorbell with built in camera. I made the mistake of buying this and by the time we put in it we could not return it. Paid $81 for an audio doorbell with no camera.

I have Arlo cameras and love them. But this door bell has been a pain in the butt since I have gotten. Not what a doorbell should be. Unless you have unlimited time to screw with it.

Spent many hours on phone with Arlo trying to connect it to my system. Still isn’t working properly. Will return if I can’t figure it out.

I have not used it. It’s still brand new in the box but I’m stuck with it because Best Buy won’t let me exchange it for the doorbell camera that I intended to buy.

This system does not work - returned. We have tried the Arlo cameras and they aren't very good either. I think RING would be a better choice for the front door.
