Have been a big arlo fan since the first camera product came out, so we were excited when we saw this product that could integrate with our existing system. Unfortunately, there are just too many issues that prevent it from being a workable product. Namely, the lag to answer - takes WAY too long for anyone to realistically hang around. Maybe if we had Arlo pro or a future firmware could fix, but for now would not recommend to anyone..

I wish this was a all in one door bell camera. That would be better. Other than that it does what it is supposed to do.

Easy installation and reliability. Video option is now out. For the money, purchase the new one that offers video.

I have owned this for 9 months. I am heavily invested in Arlo cameras, so It hought this made sense. Unfortunately, it simply does not work as intended. The reason is that there is too much of a delay between someone pressing the button and the device alerting you. In my case, it is well over 1 min and 30 seconds every time. Most people leave before I even know they are there.

Doorbell works fine, but volume is so low people will not hear you. Arlo knows about it and does nothing to fix problem.

The Arlo Eco system works great! Mounting and connecting this doorbell was simple, like the rest of the Arlo system. I plan to buy more products to grow my system.

Great doorbell, easy to install and I love that every time the doorbell rings the app gives me a call.

Able to replace existing doorbell where it will ring the same bell if you connect to the wires. It is still wireless and works with existing Arlo system. Have not had it too long though it is working ok so far.

I'm happy that arlo finally released their version of a doorbell, however, I feel like they could have added a camera for the doorbell as well. I also got the chime, but it doesn't seem to work with the doorbell.

Easy to install. I hard-wired to the doorbell and have used quite a few times already. Even caught the kids dancing on the front step as they came home from school!

The doorbell works as expected. It paired up with an Arlo camera so I can see someone if I hose to accept a call when the doorbell is ring. It took me a little while and some time experimenting with it to understand the options. I found it helped to place the doorbell bell next to the Arlo base station while adding it to the system. It wasn’t able to sync up when I had it at my door. Once it was added, it worked fine after returning it to the door.

Works well with my arlo camera. Nkw im able to see who's at the door. A bit expensive condisering that you have to purchase the chime separately.

Like it. People can leave a message if they need to. This is not a camera, you can sync it up to a camera on Arlo. Our old doorbell was going out,and we got this one to go with the system we already have.

To be able to answer the door or ignore efforts at the door at all times and speak through it. It's so useful and works perfectly with our current set up.

This item is very easy to use and set up. Pull out of the box and read instructions to hook up to WiFi and start using it right away to protect your home.

As a Best Buy customer I’m very happy and impressed with this new Arlo- audio doorbell with a low reasonable price.

This is my second doorbell and by far is the better and the was oof the two. I recommend this doorbell to beginners for easy hook up and accessible.

It's cool that the white light turns on when motion is detected, you can also communicate with the one at the door through this door bell.

I gave this item two stars even though it did not work for me. All of the fault does not belong to the device. The Arlo is internet based only and needs a fast internet connection to work. If this system would use my local network for local viewing on other devices on local network (iPads, Echos, etc) then use my slower internet to upload clips to the cloud and remote viewing then it would a much more useful product. Instead if someone rings the doorbell and the camera was triggered the video feed is going out through a slow upload and then back through the same download connection to see it on my WiFi fed devices. If it would stay local to my fast local network there would be little to no delay. Instead by the time I received a notification on my phone that the doorbell was pushed and I answered on my smart device the person would be gone. We returned the camera system and 2 doorbells. I would only recommend to someone with a very fast internet connection.
