We had the wired Arlo for the longest time but to no avail. Got the wireless and a Chime 2 and BAM! Loved it so much, that we got a second Chime 2 for the other side of the house!

The door chime took a little bit of time to configure just right but now working great. You con move it to any part of the house to ensure you can hear it.

Had to conmect to guest wifi after finding troubleshoot forums After 2 weeks. Not all troubleshooting works for everyone. Recommend it "IF" you can get it to connect.

Very poor support...

Tried Total support without any help. All they recommended, was they could schedule Geek Squad home visit and told me I'd be charged for it. I already pay for Total membership. Result: Returning the doorbell and the Chime2. Not cool Best Buy.
