Arlo support is currently overseas. Support for the chime was so frustrating I returned it. I really think they didn’t understand. It requires a QR code and pairing but my system never did it so was it my system or support. I guess I just don’t need it. It is a great idea though.

Chime for doorbell camera

I finally got it to connect
