The New Model Won’t Connect

The replacement wouldn’t work either. I still like the ARLO camera system but this new chime or the app is broken.

Hard to sync

Horrible

I bought this item to go with my doorbell camera but couldn’t get it to connect to my internet. We tried for 3 hours on two different days. Your can’t get a phone number to reach a human and emailing take about 2 day for them to respond. I returned it and bought the Amazon Alexa for my chime instead.

Same issues as many others after doing Google search with the failed connection problem that arlo never put out a viable solution. Apparently doesn't work on some OS versions on phones. Not right for me

So its a glorified doorbell. Picture is OK during the day but not very good at night. The night vision easily washes out with any light.

I wouldn’t waste your money. I returned this and was glad it went back. I don’t think it is worth the money and using up plug space in my home. The chimes are NOT chimes or recognizable options. The dogs hated it as well.
