Extremely easy to set up! We have had for over a month and batteries are right around 50% on our most active cameras. I haven’t adjusted activity zones yet but they may need some fine tuning. Video and audio quality are great. Speaking thru the camera is a great feature. The magnet is extremely strong and wind will not effect it.

Bought this for a winter home in FL. I thought I could mount the cameras indoors and plug them in. No battery change issues then. Unfortunately I found that the motion detection wouldn't work through glass. Called customer service and the gentleman I got thought it should but I never did get any motion detection through the glass. After that failed I considered mounting the cameras outside. Didn't want to put the cameras up too high because of the battery changes then became concerned with someone reaching up and just stealing a camera. In the end, in part because I wasn't going to be there for 5 months or so, I decided I didn't feel comfortable leaving them outside unattended. I returned them. I've seen other neighbors with these around their houses and thought they were pretty nice, never considered the risk of someone grabbing one and walking off. Security mount or not, not too hard to steal if low enough. Also realized that I would need internet service while away. I usually turn it off. Comcast has a low data rate plan for snow birds for a reasonable price but I wasn't sure the bandwidth would be enough to allow for remote viewing. Too complicated with no guarantee of success.

They’re good. They seem to run through battery in the cold weather VERY quickly. And sometimes they just don’t go on with motion even though I have it set on the most sensitive setting. But it is better than nothing and works well enough. Decent quality video.

Easy to hook up to my network. I would give it a 5 star rating but I have only had them hooked up for a week and I have 1 camera that barely lasts 2 days before I have to recharge the battery and I've done everything the Q&A's say to do. I was going to get a solar panel but I think I would just rather plug it in to get a less delay on the recording.

This system is great in regard to use and quality of video. Initially thought that not having to hard wire cameras would be a plus, but it is inconvenient having to take cameras down and recharge them. Also since camera works off WiFi it is yet another device connected to WiFi network and it can slow things down.

IMHO better value than the new cameras from Arlo. 1080p with audio. The cameras are light and the mounts allow them to be placed basically anywhere. Having the base station to manage them helps compared to stand alone cameras clogging up wifi. I have had no issues with these after a month, and I have also not had to charge them. I have ring products outside the house and Arlo inside, I use my Echo devices to control them through IFTTT. Very efficient and easy to use setup.

For a first time user I enjoy using Arlo. Very simple setup, even though i took us a few tries before we realized you had to sync one camera at a time. But overall great quality. I would honestly say the only that is a little upsetting was the talk back. The microphone isn't as loud as i expected as well as the Speaker.

If you have a high traffic area like the front of your house the battery dies within 2 days. I ran a 30ft cord to it though and it stays full charged all the time. They work well. If they are high, like on your garage, the videos are just that. High up videos. Still good and I am happy with them.

While the Pro 2 may not have the highest resolution on the market, the image quality is very good and it has a lot if great features for the money, compared to other systems I priced. It is simple to operate and has a lot of flexibility.

After some serious research on wireless security systems, I ended up purchasing the Arlo - Pro 2 6-Camera Indoor/Outdoor Wireless 1080p Security Camera System because of its status. The picture quality is amazing for being wireless. Quick response when searching between cameras. I would definitely recommend the Arlo - Pro 2 Cameras for anyone who wants to install a security home surveillance system without the hassles of dealing with wiring. The installation setup is easy and quick. You get what you pay for in the long run.

After reading several reviews and comparing every brand available I decided on the pro 2 system. I’ve only set up two cameras so far, I must say the video is exceptional. I have decided to wire them directly to unlock the extra features. So far the system is as described, no complaints. Set up was very simple , last than five minutes to sync them. I have several echo devices throughout my home that is compatible with my cameras. I am able to share the camera with the entire family, I was able to grant my wife admin controls.

First off, these cameras are great. They’re exactly what I was looking for. The picture and sound quality is awesome. The only issue I have is the battery life. The manufacturer says 3 months, but it’s more like one month. I hung my cameras up at the end of April and I’ve had to take them down to charge them once already.

This is the second set of Arlo camera’s I’ve purchased for my home. I decided to add a couple more cameras. The product is easy to install and the resolution increase on the Pro 2 is nice, even if I don’t think it is enough to justify the cost over the original Pro. I do not like that the premium features require it to be plugged in, which doesn’t work if you’re putting them outdoors since the power cord/connector isn’t sealed. My biggest complaint is still their customer service. I had one camera from my Arlo Pro system start losing connection due to a battery terminal issue. Their customer support would not help me even though it was under warranty. I ended to modifying it with electrical tape to correct the issue, but it should not have come to that. So the product is great, just hope that you don’t have an issue and need to deal with their customer support. They do not really support you.

This is a super easy to set up security solution I would highly recommend. I simply connected the base to my internet hub and we were ready to go. The only rub I can say is that it isn't wireless so you need to have an open ethernet slot to connect this. Overall the camera quality was fantastic, they were easy to connect anywhere you had a magnetic surface. There are also a couple of external accessories to connect to non-magnetic surfaces. Overall worth the money.

I like the video quality and how it is easy to install, only problem is have to charge frequently depending on how much traffic your camera gets I would say every 1-2 weeks have to charge it .. if you don’t want to go throught all this trouble best if you get the Ring

Took me longer to unbox it , than to set it up. Extremely easy. Great picture quality. Night vision is not the best , but with outdoor lighting near what I want to see , it does great. The only thing I would do different , I wish I had bought the 4 camera bundle. This one does great , and now I want to add more cameras. I will have to buy them separately, it would have been cheaper to buy 4 camera bundle up front. I would recommend this to anyone wanting an extra level of security around the house.

I have had the product for a month now. I have 4 cameras, 2 lights, the charger, and an additional battery. I have been happy with the quality and function of the cameras and lights. They do a good job at what they are supposed to do. They catch about everything with a quality video image. It takes some tuning to turn them down to miss some of the skunks, cats, squirrels, etc. The light pair came with an extra battery and I also bought one separately. The charger does 2 batteries at a time, so I plan to rotate 2 fresh batteries in at time. I knew going in that the product was one of the top rated, but also one of the most expensive. In addition to the component cost, the batteries are quite expensive. You can't buy just a battery. The battery purchase includes another adaptor that you don't need and is $50. So, I can envision that if the products last several years that one could spend almost as much on batteries as on the cameras and lights. All that said, I like the product and am hoping to get several years out of the batteries. We'll see. For anyone willing to absorb the cost, I recommend the product.
