Works as described. We use both indoors and outdoors. Battery lasts for a long time. We bought this set to include more cameras around our house. We recently have hired multiple caregivers coming at different times to care for our children and this product has been great for us to be able to jump on the live feeds and see what they are doing with our kids no matter where in the house they are. Picture is clear. Night vision works well, too.

I was very impressed with how easy it was to set this system up. My set has 4 cameras and I plan on buying an additional camera. The picture quality is impressive and the app works great. Even downloaded the app to my Apple TV and looks great on the 65” tv. The only downside at the moment is trying to program schedules when to detect movements. If we leave it active 24 hours a day the dogs set it off every time they walk out the back door.

Very easy to set up. Still learning how to use everything available on the Pro2. The picture quality is great! I would highly recommend this camera.

Catches leaves, but really catches motion. The video quality is excellent. Little did I know I had a zoo outside my house. First a squirrel, then a cat, then a possum!! EWW! They were all climbing up this tree next to my house. One camera started acting all weird and I contacted customer service (no response) and I had to take out the battery and restart it. It's working for now.

Purchased four cameras. Set up and installation took less than 30 minutes. Picture is clear and I really like getting alerts when motion is detected. Batteries seem to last a good amount of time.

This camera system is great for beginners or anyone who does want to drill a lot of holes through their house or take a ton of time setting up a great camera system. These cameras work great indoors or outdoors. I set mine up a few days ago and they are working great! Took about 30 min to get it all installed and firmware updated. Great mounts, very easy to use with minimal drilling into your house. Love that you can place these cameras anywhere in or around your house as long as there’s WiFi connectivity! I also love talking to my dogs if they are home alone as trying to get into things they aren’t supposed to... like the trash can or the cat food. The only downside, I’m not sure if this is because my cameras may be a little further from the base, but sometimes they display as offline or disconnected before I click view live feed and sometimes they are just a little slow or lagging to view the live feed.

I love the cameras and the only reason I gave it a 4 is because I have to recharge the batteries every couple of days. Otherwise cameras work great and pictures are clear. Unfortunately I can't use it on my Ipad since it is an older model.

Really easy to set up the cameras. The only downside is if they are placed in moderate to high traffic areas with lots of motion, then the batteries can drain quickly and need to be recharged frequently. Otherwise a very good system.

Easy to set up and the pictures are phenomenal! Even the night shots are clear. Love Arlo!

I am one of the impatient ones who doesn’t like to read directions. These cameras are so intuitive that even I could set them up quickly. The difficult part was how to and where to set them up.

Cameras work great and have a cool modern look. So far no glitches and app is easy to use. Set up is also super simple! The best part is they store videos for the last 7 days and your able to save or share any if needed.

overall i like the product and features. it's easy to setup and use. mobile app is good. i love the integration with alexa , it allows me to use motion detection with routines ...etc. 2 main comments 1- Battery life is short. for areas with lots of movements battery runs out really quickly (less than a month) . i tried to reduce sensitivity but i don't think it helps (maybe a bug??) 2- when running on batteries, it doesn't record from the beginning of the event. seems like this feature is available only when connected to power. most of the recording i get is after the fact (e.g car drove by already) . it would be nice to record 5-10 secs ahead so it catch the whole event

We bought these as security cameras for our house/business. When used regularly, they don't get anywhere close to the battery life they claim. We had to turn them off, and only run them when we're closed/not home because we were only getting a few days of battery, if that. Now they last maybe a few weeks, with cats, cars driving by, and other things setting it off. It also took a while for the company to actually allow an external hard drive to record video on. It would constantly have an error message. They were easy to set up and place, so for the right application, they could be great. Unfortunately, I don't believe as a security system is their best use.

Bought the Arlo system 4 years ago and I added an extra camera last year. I like the fact that I can check on my house from my cell phones, I can even use the speaker app to talk to my dogs when I am away from the house. The base has to be connected directly to the internet modem/router so just keep that in mind. The recording quality during the day is great and decent during the night. The only con is that since they are wireless you do have to charge them often. If a particular camera is recording 24/7 then the battery will only last 5-7 days. The less the recording schedule the longer the battery will last.

I had the first gen Arlo's and these are a huge step up. I like how you can hear and talk through the cameras, the quality is much improved and they have a better angle. Only complaint is the motion is still too sensitive, especially when its windy.

These are great cameras. Very clear picture and nice sound. There is a few second delay with the movement. My only complaint is the batteries dont last as long as I had hoped. My driveway one is pretty active and after a month I've had to charge it.

I have had my cameras for a few weeks now. The picture quality on these cameras is tremendous. The app setup is intuitive and there are numerous options for physical installation. Although you will probably need to purchase additional accessories, I have never seen a better price on the cameras than at Best Buy.

The cameras are easy to set up and have a decent video quality. The software and app needs a little work but I was able to set up and monitor without any issues. Battery life depends on the settings. I wired all of them to allow continuous monitoring.

The clarity of the pictures is really good;especially for the price. That cameras are easily installed.

These camera's have been extremely helpful. They were easy to set up and install around my home. The only thing I dislike is the battery life. I continously have to charge them even with less traffic area function setting in place.
