We switched from our local service company to Arlington. The new cameras have great resolution and we have zero issues with connectivity and amount of recordings stored. The e911 feature is an awesome added option now as well as the 2 way communication!

wanted security cameras for a seasonal residence. This works great. Easy to install but instructions are vague, you have to guess on a lot of stuff. Recommend getting solar panels for each camera to save the batteries if you are going to be gone for many months.

It’s easy to use , great pic , the reason I gave it 4/5 is because it does not have continuous recording , only with motion and that’s sucks.

My teenage son and I set these up together pretty quickly and easily. The magnet mounts for the cameras are a little weak, so you may not be able to position the cameras exactly the way you want. Video quality is great and the cameras have an impressively wide angle.

These Arlo security cameras are a great product. Very user friendly and very easy to install and set up. The app for your cellphone is amazing. The battery on each unit last over a month before needing charged. I highly recommend this product.

These work great. Just very sensitive to movements such as rain, and wind. Also have to be recharged often. Overall I do like them though.

Had been checking cameras out for months and I decided to try Arlo cause after comparing with other cameras I always ended up back to this one. I read reviews that this was one of the best. I absolutely love it and I enjoy watching my kids while I am at work.

Easy to set up and a great product and love that they don’t charge if you need less than a week to store. App is easy to use and product easy to set up. Wish it wasn’t so expensive

We did our research before purchasing this home camera system and we weren’t disappointed. Easy set up and user friendly. A little delay but that’s because our internet sucks.

This camera setup was easy and provides quick access to security your home. Arlo needs to improve the software but overall this system does what you need.

So easy to use, customize and install. for $800 you get 4 cameras that you own and don't have to pay any monthly subscriptions. It takes 15-30 second clips and saves them for 7 days or you can even download and store those clips locally.

I like these. People complain about the battery life which gave me pause, but my camera outside has been up outside and on consistently for about a month now and is at 51%. I also live on a culdesac which apparently gets a lot of traffic. App easy to use, install couldn’t be simpler.

Only problem I have is my backyard constantly detects motion even at the lowest setting. I have to turn it off during really windy or rainy days.

Easy to install. Outstanding battery life. Out of 5 cameras, 3 of the batteries are still over 50% charge remaining after nearly 2 months. App is great and works seamlessly with Amazon Alexa! Added a couple Arlo motion activated security lights! So much better than I ever imagined!

Camera works fine altho it only detects motion in the near view. App is somewhat complicated but once you get the hang of it, it's useable.

I am using the cameras wirelessly, which is widely promoted by Arlo as a key benefit. The recording start is delay and thus frequently I get recordings of nothing because the action is already over. I added the doorbell to the hub (which is not as simply as it should be) and set up local storage (because the doorbell does not come with free cloud storage after the trial period ends). Arlo support confirmed that if you connect an external hard drive to the hub for local storage, you cannot view the recordings through their app nor can you access the stored videos any way through their hub. So in my case, that meant if my doorbell connected to the hub and stored videos on a USB device connected to the hub, the only way to view those recordings would be to disconnect my external hard drive from the hub and connect it to my computer to view them. Clearly not very easy or user friendly. Also, I keep getting motion alerts for what seems to be small movement even when the sensitivity settings are set to the lowest possible setting. And one final not, one reason you see so many positive reviews on so many items is that Best Buy provides an incentive of 25 bonus points to leave reviews. So those positive reviews can drown out the negative ones that probably provide the most value.

The battery life is too short! 6hrs! This is a bit annoying . Making it wired makes more sense but does require extra work that I was trying to avoid.

Very easy to setup. Clear picture and night vision. Rechargeable. Comes with magnetic clip to screw to walls or ceiling. Great wide view. Ability to personalize cameras to every place and turn them on and off to save battery for low traffic areas.

I really do like the cameras, but the batteries do not last well in high traffic areas. Subjects entering the cameras view, often do not show up until they are almost out of view. Get a power adapter or solar charger for high traffic areas.
