    I have never purchased an electronic type system that doesn't have a 1 800 number to call if the consumer needs assistance! First system would not connect to Wifi, which was verified by the Internet Provider to be 2.4g, so the BB Rep said to return the system. Received new system, same issue. Set up Geek Squad appt. just in case. No resolution, returning the second system for a full refund. Not recommended!

    Solid option. But you need to pay monthly to have recording feature and a few others. $4 per camera

    Just bought these new Cameras. I’m yet to still open them but I’m excited about them being setup around my new house so I will feel safer about what goes on around my family.

    They said battery life shouldn't have to change them more than 1 a month. I change these out every week. Even with good internet. I ran a third camera next to the router And it still died in a week and a half

    This was a Christmas gift for my husband. He is very difficult to buy for, so I did my research and hoped for the best. Not only was he extremely pleased, but the person we asked to help us install them, said they were the best he had seen!

    I had the original Arlo cameras for years and when I needed to upgrade I stayed with Arlo. Easy to install, quality of recording is great. Very happy with my purchase

    The camera came without a charging cable. When we started checking into why there was no charging cable we discovered that it would have to be purchased separately, and would cost $25, and other accessories that we might want/need would also be quite expensive. Telephone support on the camera was non-existent because we did not buy it direct from Arlo. The camera did seem to produce a good quality video, but there was quite a lag in between when something happened and when it would show up on the live feed. We had planned to buy a few of these to cover all approaches to the house, but we were not impressed with the performance or the support, especially considering the price, so we returned the camera.

    Bro four cameras didn’t work well until I finally bought a base hub unit instead of using Wi-Fi. They kept disconnecting and would not reconnect to Wi-Fi, I would have to reset them up multiple times. Disappointed.

    Great quality up close, not from a far. The batteries die very quickly and the solar panels do not charge them as they should. Mounting the cameras outside with the magnetic mount was a pain as the instructions/YouTube video was useless, therefore I sent them back and used the ones that came with the cameras.

    We were updating from Arlo Pro 2 which is obsolete. Do we purchased Arlo Pro 4 w/spotlight feature 3 camera bundle. Really like the broad camera view is Arlo Pro 4 w/spotlight

    Have had these up and running for about 4 months. For the price - the cameras a good quality but all the features you would use (like being able to set a zone for the camera to watch so it doesn’t chime at everything endlessly, and being able to open your phone and see what the motion detected was) are locked behind a monthly subscription. Would not recommend unless you want to pay monthly for their app service. (App fee is $7 now but this also is not a live monitored security company, it’s paying for key features and memory)

    Nice camera. Easy to use and set up. Picture quality is really good. Had a motion light to pick up movement at night. Overall very happy with the camera.

    I like everything about it except it is very inconsistent in sending alerts to my phone. Good sensitivity, reasonably good video, but I sure wish I could be confident of the alerts. The instructions are not very useful.

    I would not recommend this camera set. The batteries only lasted 2 weeks. We were never told you need a monthly subscription. We are elderly (over 70) my husband is a 100 percent disabled veteran. We are in NO condition to be climbing ladders every month. Worse thing followed----I had camera's taken down and planned to return them for a refund. BE Careful you only 15 days from purchase to have cameras returned. We had them 18 days. I would not recommend these camera's unless you plan on replacing the batteries monthly.

    First of all I love my arlo cameras. Easy to install in matter of minutes. I got 4 cameras including the floodlight. All work via wifi and I get notifications as soon as it detects per your desire settings. I love how it can detect people, animals, vehicles and other motions. Really helpful as I know what to expect when opening the app. The one little flaw is that it has to connect to its servers this may take up to ten seconds and does include up to 10 seconds lag. I’ll be buying mesh extenders to see if this can help the connection speed. Other than that good design.

    Purchased as a replacement camera. I had the older one for about 10 months. It just stopped working but I was pleased for those months. Recommend purchasing a replacement plan.
