    these cameras are absolute garbage compared to nest cameras. The continuous recording feature really doesn’t exist. The monthly cost to keep these cameras on cloud is ridiculous and also they have connectivity problems. If you get a new router it’s almost impossible, even after resetting it to factory reset to reconnect to a Wi-Fi, do not ever buy these cameras stay with Nest

    Constant disconnection, Not a reliable camera

    It works great when it does works. Once a week I had to climb up the ladder, disconnect the battery in order to re-sync it. Bought the original Arlo cameras, thought this ones are bullet proof. Guess I was wrong.

    Great Qual, but the battery on this is crazy, it says 3mo (or more I forget) and I have had to swap it out and charge 3 times in 1 month due to the drain it takes when recording activity and such

    I'd ordered wrong items. - not compatible with my cameras - they gave me the bad news - told me to return items to the store and reschedule The Geeks to come back.

    I have been using and owned Arlo wireless cameras since the very first ones that came out with batteries and continue to use them in my home BUT this has to be the camera I wouldn’t recommend because we purchased for the camera and spotlight combo and have it in a great location for our home outdoors BUT the battery on this camera completely sucks. Within a day or two of having it fully charged at 100% it dies and I haven’t been able to use it and have full use of it since we purchased it. I will stick to my other cameras as their battery lives last a lot longer than this camera’s life.

    Impressive product. This camera's quality is better than I thought it sounds be. Easy use of the Arlo app helps to ensure security of the area being watched. I plan to purchase one or two more in the future.

    Doesn’t work that well. The third camera never connects and constantly says firmware updating. So annoying. Useless. Very slow and alerts need to be more customizable. Not a fan of this camera system.

    The trade off is the installation is easy, install the cameras anywhere. Cameras need a very strong WiFi signal to work well. Also having issues with the Solar and finding the camera out of charge on a regular basis despite over 12 hours of sun.

    Love the spotlight feature. Great battery life. They feel solidly built. Image is decent. With a great wifi connection and wired power source I'd expect a little bit better image quality. But, I would purchase again

    I highly recommend Arlo Pro 4 Spotlight Camera. Camera is clear and great recordings. The only issue is Arlo needs to have support that you can call which at the current time is not available.

    These work very well out at my lake property. The lights are good, picture is clear. My only knock on them is that they’re a little bigger than some of the other models I considered. Will update when I have to recharge them.. we’ll see how long a charge goes.

    Only have one set up. Cant get one out of the 3 to sync with blue tooth. I got as far as figuring out that I have to factory reset it. It is really disappointing that nothing can be as simple as it should be. These cost a lot of money and by the time I got one set up I am just to over it to care anymore.

    Camera quality is great. However, video sometimes records up-side-down, and battery only lasts a week and a half at the most. I am constantly charging it.

    I wished someone mentioned that the back part of the case cannot come off that is made for mounting, I left them flat on a surface but the back part sticking out looks bad and takes up too much space if not mounted. you will have to buy a different case for them.

    We love these cameras! The $9.99/month Arlo subscription plan is worth the money. The system gives us great peace of mind. It's easy to install. Battery life is very long (we've had the cameras up for over 4 months, and there's still over half of the battery power left). Video is very clear, and the person/animal/movement detection is very accurate. I've encouraged my mom and other family members to invest in the Arlo system because we've been so pleased with ours.
