    I had Arlo before and love it. They stopped supporting the unit that was still working. The new design is not good. The unit would not stay in the housing for some reason and the battery life on the units drained really fast. To use the monitoring service was going to be expensive and the support is horrible. Could be a bad lot... not sure but truly disappointing.

    purchased Arlo PRo and a Yale electronic deadbolt, after consulting with one of the staff. Very good support, once we got to a knowledgeable salesperson

    This product does not deserve the 1 star. I spent $1100 just to pull my hair out attempting to set this up. If you have good Wi-Fi don’t buy this as they want you to have a slower Wi-Fi speed. You will not be able to set this camera up without buying a plan. If you ever need help you most certainly will not receive it, stay away from the worst camera made.

    Pleased with product but total tech installation is a joke. The technician failed to show for two scheduled appointments. Tried calling but never responded to text or voice messages.

    I’ve had these for a while and you would save your money if you buy the Ring cameras. These appear to record in the beginning but it’s just a hook because as soon as the three month free trial ends they want you to subscribe to a monthly fee and who wants to pay another forever bill. The cameras work with your wifi so if the service is not working you have no idea what’s going on around your house. Also, it’s too slow to capture someone that is walking fast.

    2.4GHz vs 5GHz is a deal killer

    Had to bring it back to the store. Unfortunately, no one at the store realized that if you have Comcast with Comcast extender pods that you can't separate 5Ghz and 2.4GHz. These require 2.4 only.

    Couldn't connect to WiFi and no support available

    Very frustrated! I spent 8 hours trying to get the cameras to connect to my WiFi network. Thinking the problem was my mesh network, I bought a new router that would let me choose between 2.4GHz and 5GHz since the cameras will only connect via the 2.4GHz network. My iPad, iPhone, and desktop could not "find" the cameras on my WiFi network. Customer service? Forget about it. If your Arlo app can't find the cameras, you can't even purchase a plan to get live person support. Very frustrating. I returned the Arlo Pro 4 and bought a different system.

    Ive had nothing but problems. Spent many hours on the phone with arlo support with no solution. Every few days one camera stops recording. Another never sends me notifications. The third I have never hooked up and won’t waste my time. The camera image is great as long as you dont need it to notify you or record. Ive had them too long to return so i have them for sale. This is absolutely one of my worst purchases ever. Id rate them -10 if I could. They dont deserve the 1 I have to give them. Find another brand . Youve been warned.

    Very had to program.After 3 hours of trying could only get two cameras to work.Took to Best Buy ,they knew nothing on how the items work.Replaced item with another one but it cost me $9.62 more.Took home program all 3 in 20 mins

    Very disappointed the battery life is terrible. Ordered two of these cameras from different stores both will not last more than 32 hrs and that is with the solar collectors. Spent two weeks going back and forth with arlo tech support changing settings and defaulting with no change. They finally sent battery replacement unfortunately that did not solve the problem. Only reason it is not 1 star is that the camera itself works great when there is power. App is good to. Needs battery work.
