    Used to be a great camera to go with few years ago. They’re great if you’re only running four or five more than that you need a service plan. Unfortunately, when you call or sign up for an Arlo plan, it definitely isn’t like it used to be very poor Customer Service, how are you? I would look into getting a wired camera system.

    One of the three is delayed and they sometimes aren’t on as if it needs to be close to the router. Ehhh I think there’s better , I regret buying these.

    These wireless cameras are easy to install and operate. They can be easily repositioned and adjusted until you obtain the best view. They offer many options such as excluding animals etc.

    Just installed. So far so good. Live feed seems to have a bit of a lag at times but it can also be my internet.

    Awesome...gives me peace of mine. The batteries do run out quickly and recommend buying an extra battery. I brought the solar panel to go with mine, but no...do not buy. However, easy to connect and work great. You will need a subscription with these if you want to keep your recordings. Not expensive.

    Strong Camera Requires 2.4 ghz Only for Set Up

    This is a feature packed camera. Unfortunately, it will only initially set up on a 2.4 ghz WiFi connection. Both the phone with the setup app and the WiFi network have to be 2.4 ghz. There is not a way to force a dual band iPhone and a dual band Google Nest wifi into a 2.4 ghz only connection. Had to return it and get different brand dual WiFi band cameras.

    One camera is good, one camera is bad

    Bought 2. One records with a crackling noise on every recording. Dealt with Arlo with minimal response. I sent the a video to prove it. They recommended that I take out the battery and restart the whole process and move the camera to another location. Nothing helped. When I told them to replace the camera I get no response back. The camera is brand new. I wish Best Buy would help by replacing the camera. Help!

    The life battery is ready bad.i just used for a week, i charge the battery 3 times.

    I have had a Arlo Essential and appreciate the quality and flexibility. I bought this for a more detailed monitoring of key areas in front of the house, especially at night. It has outstanding picture quality and good options for control. I believe that the Arlo app is a bit difficult to use and configure and their pricing is not as good as Nest.

    Right out of the box they were super easy to hook up just follow the instructions. Have allready recommended to my friend to look into getting a Arlo setup and he's happy with his too.. My only gripe is that sometimes they tend to disconnect but I'm hoping after getting my wifi mesh set up that will solve the issue. Looking forward to adding more cams around the house.

    Arlo is not what it used to be. The ease of use and the ability to simplify home security has been lost. There is no one to talk to besides people trying to upsell you while in trial before they will offer help. Cameras stuck cycling trying to connect only to time out with no live help only referrals to forums of other dissatisfied customers trying to cobble together acceptable solutions.

    A good old fashioned hunting, cell cam out performs these cameras for Michigan winter. The emergency function is nice in case there’s an emergency. But two out of the three cameras I got will no longer connect to my phone. It’s as if the WiFi card in the cameras got messed up somehow due to cold.

    Classic & Dependable Home Security System

    Of all of the competitors in the home security market, Arlo continues to improve it's hardware and software capability. I bought my first Arlo system in 2012 and it is still working and reliable. It is nice to find a security system that allows newer cameras to work with the original base and older cameras.

    Hate the quality. It was supposed to be good but it’s blurry and doesn’t catch stuff half the time. And catches stuff that it shouldn’t . Have to constantly have notifications off. Wouldn’t buy again. I know a lot of people with blink or ring that is way better. The microphone sucks on it as well

    So far so good. Clear. Bright cameras. Connect easily to your internet 3 months free trial , too bad after that Arlo wants you to charge fee. Check Google Nest , they do not charge I will not buy on the basis you pay monthly recording fee on the top of your security system fee
