Great picture on cameras but the batteries crapped out after 2 weeks. Said they should last 6 months! Loved the cameras and video but bad batteries!

Product works amazing. Video quality is pretty solid, but make sure you have decent internet speed

These are excellent cameras. It even picked up my neighbor’s cat walking through our yard. They were easy to install and adds a layer of security to our home.

I personally like the cameras, they are easy to install. I didn’t give it a 5 stars, because it shows good in black and white at night but it’s kind of fuzzy when it records in color at night.

Overall very happy with the product. Set up was pretty easy on the app. The only thing that got frustrating is that adding another authorized user can take a little bit. Once they are added, then it has worked well. If you put this in a high traffic area, then prepare to change the battery out once every 1-2 months. If it is not high traffic, then it is supposed to last up to 6 months. Battery change out is simple. I have had some issues having the video connect live so that I can talk to people. Sometimes that take a few minutes, other times they can hear me, but I cannot hear them.

I decided to move from the Pro 2’s to these Pro 4’s and it was a great decision. The video quality and features on the newer generation Arlo’s are great. I’m still using the base station from the Pro 2’s with these because I dont want to pay for a subscription so recordings are stored on a USB in caee I have a need for them. Overall great purchase.

Compared to the Ring equivalent.. This system is awesome. It's even worth the subscription. The solar panels keep it up and running all the time. I live in WIsconsin, lots of snow... and even then... sometimes when windchill was crazy low temp.. yeah, just like anything.. it can't survive.. lol .. but outside of that, I've had absolutely ZERO issues whatsoever. Kudos to you Arlo (and of course the best buy geek squad crew that are always awesome)

Its a pretty decent camera. Battery life could ve better i only get about two weeks before needing to charge it. Also you will need to buy a plan to get the most out of it.

Wish setup was a little easier, took longer to connect to WiFi than it did to mount them. Overall great cameras but also wish I’d known they come with a monthly subscription after trial.

Great home cameras for the price. Would put it up there with the ring as far as quality. Too many cameras might be difficult to set up with your network. My only dislike is the amount of notifications that I get whenever a leaf blows by the camera, or a car drives by in the background.

The product performs well. However, the required "camera security key" can be a nuisance if you lose it. Now you have to go direct to Arlo Customer Support to get a replacement key. Bad design

Upgrading from the Arlo Pro 2 set. Amazing amount of clarity, field of view and upgrades in this version. Had to upgrade my Arlo account to keep the videos saved for 30 days instead of the seven days. I immediately added solar panels to the cameras and still have not had to charge the batteries once. Will see how the winter months work with battery life. BBuy had the best prices of all the stores.

This was really easy to set up and install. I did end up buying the solar panels as the battery seemed to die quickly due the number of cars and people in and out of my driveway. I wish the "key" to remove it was different. I lost mine and now it's a pain. But that's on me

The picture quality is top notch along with audio that you can hear crisp and clear

After two weeks of extreme frustration, I'm writing this to help others. This "exclusive" Best Buy kit comes with "security mounts" that do not: a) swivel past approx 45 degrees for proper positioning; b) come off the camera (properly); or b) allow swap out to other mounts (magnetic, swivel, etc.). This means your ONLY option is basically a very simple angle adjustment - or - adding a huge "ceiling mount" (optional add-on) that gives a little more flexibility for ceiling locations. Otherwise, stay away from this kit. There is nothing in the documentation that explains this. The Arlo support isn't great so getting this figured out was awful. The cameras themselves are very good...just don't buy this kit without understanding the major limitation.

Bought this item for my parent's home. They were easy to install, and the app is easy to use. One downfall is that the battery life can only last a few months if it's facing an area that hardly gets any traffic. The camera facing out to the street's battery, needs to be replaced about every 3-4 weeks.
