Great color, good audio. Only complaint is delay in trigging camera to record.

Video quality is nice and clear. You can also hear voice conversations clearly. Night vision is also very good. Overall satisified with this purchase

I have older arlo cameras that allow you to screw it into a mount, however this one has the mount built in to it and it makes it awkward to use the camera in spots i dont plan to mount them to

Easy to set up and install. The cameras does not come with a charging cord so you have to remove the battery to charge them in the double stand alone chargers. Also you have to use a special allen head tool to open the cameras to remove the batteries for charging. Apparently you can’t use the magnetic charge cord that comes with the Pro 2 to charge the Pro 4. This makes charging the batteries time consuming. Apparently you can buy a separate charging cord that will work, but for what you pay for these cameras it should be included. Another issue is trying to contact customer service with Arlo is a waste of time. You can’t talk to a person to answer questions. You have a list of frequently asked questions to chose from. Then cameras work, but if you have a problem you have to search the Internet to try and get an answer.

Arlo has been one of many surveillance cameras we have tried on our home but is the only one we have stuck with. We had the Arlo 3 and decided to make the upgrade to the 4 and are very happy we did.

I love how easy it is to set up this camera system. No wires, no fuss. The app works really well and the playback is super detailed oriented. I also love how each camera has a spot light for night, and you can have it automatically turn on when there is motion detected. Or you can turn on the light just to see what’s going on in the live feed.

The cameras are okay. Better than the Canary I used to have for sure. I am happy with the video quality, and I'm actually very happy with the battery life. I do have the floodlight features turned off to conserve battery life, but it's been a few weeks and we're still well above 50%. My three stars are primarily driven by the support I've received from Arlo. I've had a support case open for well over a month now and they do not seem to be in any hurry to resolve the problem. Generally I can expect it to sit indefinitely unless I ask for an update. Not impressed at all with the quality of support I'm getting.

Hands down the best security cameras I’ve used/seen. Set-up was fast and easy. The wireless connection seems very strong and secure, I’ve never experienced issues with connection. The 2k video quality is very clear and the HDR really helps reduce any motion-blur. The Pro 4 especially has some of the best night-vision available.

Very pleased with cameras. Clear pictures. Easy to install and user friendly.

Great system. The picture is very good. You can hear what’s happening and speak to whoever is there. The LED light that comes on at night when there is motion is surprisingly bright. Also like that the alerts will say whether it’s a person or an animal. Still trying to figure out how cameras can be viewed on two phones at same time on the account. Hep Site is good, but if wife logs in to view, I’m automatically logged out. Not a big issue and one I’ll figure out. For the money we’ll worth it. Certainly beat having a security company charge $1500 to put in three cameras!

The Arlo Pro 4 cameras were easy to set up. But you must have strong wireless signal to reach each camera. 2k video is great and geofencing works well.

Great camera so far. I didnt know this version recorded sound also which caused my camera to keep going off every 3 minutes. Killed my battery in a single day. Turned off that feature and its been great so far.

Got these on a great sale and gald I did! Mounted these on the front and back of my home to upgrade my system. Great options, quality, battery life, and easy set up. Those who claim battery life is poor on these haven’t set them up properly (likely have not set activity zones and have sensitivity extremely high). At the rate I’m at, battery will last about 8 weeks on a single charge,

Added these to a preexisting older system with the base station and absolutely love these upgrades. The light works flawlessly the camera has great quality video and excellent tracking capability. The light makes things easy to see on the recordings and adds a sense of security not established without the light. Great product and easy to setup.

Excelent quality good night vision easy installation

The video quality is second to none. Unfortunately I was told this could work with Apple HomeKit without the hub and that ended up being incorrect. Tough to beat the quality of this unit.

Pros: wireless, easy to connect to your WiFi, easy to install, one extra battery, easy to swap out battery. Cons: Quality regarding picture is average and the live video feed can some times have an lengthy delay.
