    Great cameras. I will recommend also purchasing a hub if you're installing more than 3 cameras unless. Lag time on my first 3 was 3-5 seconds, adding 3 more increased the lag to 10-15 seconds.

    Fantastic product, helps with many problems and gives fantastic results. I would recommend this for anybody that values sevurity and privacy.

    Best picture and fantastic night vision. The delay when trying to view events love prevents me from giving the Arlo 5 stars but if it ever receives a firmware update or if a smart hub rectifies this problem I will give it the full 5 stars.

    This is a great outdoor camera and i love the night vision on it. Another great feature is it breaks down what it sees like people, animals, car. Also, the rechargeable extra batteries are nice. I would recommend this product.

    Works great!! WiFi and the 4k make a big difference in picture quality. Very easy to install and connect. No issues so far.

    Junk. Won't stay connected. Ran through all the procedures and it worked fine for about a month. Then, tried to reinstall cameras and get them connected after they started giving us problems, and it is tedious to take down the camera every single time to try and test them and then changing the battery, because they only last about 10-12 days on one charge. Completely aggravating and frustrated as now we're stuck with it and $500 out the window. Also, Arlo customer service has been completely disinterested in helping us and directed us to their support page online which hasn't helped.

      Hi SWFL97, Thank you for this feedback. It sounds like your cameras are a bit too far from your base station pro router. You might also have some wireless frequency issue occurring. If you bring one of the cameras experiencing the issue closer to the base/router to test for a potential range/interference issue, this will help trouble shoot the direct cause.     I upgraded a few of my cameras from the Arlo pro 2. I found the video, especially the 2K streaming outstanding; I was surprised at the crisp Ness of the audio. Easy to set up, easy to mount, easy to connect. Love these cameras

    The best quality security camera out there. With the high speed internet the video clarity is excellent. It has all the futures easy to install just download the App and follow the instructions.

    Good sturdy cameras, one camera in the package was broke, took into local location and customer service/ return team was in no hurry to help me. I would highly recommend paying for extra protection. The lag time in the cameras is something hard to ignore. Im Considering returning. The footage is nice, definitely isnt as sharp advertise.
