    Exactly what it promised. Very easy installation and setup for home security. You can’t put a price on security.

    Battery is very poor. If you charge 100% within 1 week to 10 days the battery will be done. Totally false advertisement one year battery work. Most of the time your camera is not even connecting with the internet. Always disconnect even your internet modem is working proper. Money-wise this is the worst machine. Will not recommend to anyone.

    It’s a piece of crap, returned it not worth over $400. The battery didn’t last more then 3 days, one day I had to even charge the battery the next day, I’m not sure exactly what caused it to drain so fast especially because this camera was installed inside my garage where there’s not much motion going on. Also, all three cameras would get disconnected every day. What good is a camera that’s disconnected when you need it!?

    Batteries die frequently. When I looked into a "wireless" system, I asked the sales rep if it was worth it or if I should get wired because I don't want to replace batteries (or recharge them) every few weeks. He assured me this was the way to go and they last "a while". Well the batteries die every few weeks, I even went down to the lower-quality video and created extremely restricted zones (that are supposed only to pick up my car in the driveway) but that had no effect. After purchasing the extremely expensive Arlo-Pro 4 system, I'm unable to return it since the time expired to return and now I have to purchase an expensive solar panel for a camera and an extension cord for the other. This is absolutely ridiculous. I called customer support but they basically told me it is what it is and nothing they can do, said "maybe it's a battery", well I have 4 batteries, and its the same issue with all 4, very poor quality and customer service (arlo customer service).

    If I could give negative stars I would. I have this in my retail store, every time you actually need the cameras for police evidence, it never records, 6 times now where I have been robbed. yes people are always in my store and walking right next to it. junk, junk, junk! Arlo also has a scam going where they will sell you at an additional cost of $20 monthly, to have continues recording. so my thoughts are they intentionally, stopping some of my cameras. there customer service is the worst, cannot actually call and speak to someone. terrible product and terrible customer service. find other options, because when you need the video the risk of not having it is very high. whats that worth to you?
