    Bought a brand new home and wanted to make sure that I am safe and track any suspicious activity that can happen in my neighborhood. Cameras are very good quality! Love the the motion detector and notification.

    These cameras are okay. I tried to return them because I was not able to use them at my rental but after the 30 days I was out of luck. I think they're okay but they are hard to manipulate for different angles. The videos are also grainy. I probably would not buy this again.

    This little unit is pretty amazing, with its fairly long-lived battery (not the claimed six months, however), wide (and adjustable) angle, and excellent motion-sensing capability. Our internet connection at our remote cabin is slow, which means that we must wait several seconds to see what triggered the motion alarm which we receive on our iPhone. This renders the two-way audio superfluous for us, but that is not the fault of the unit. Arlo offers complimentary archiving for 90 days or so, after which a subscription is very reasonably priced.

    Was so looking forward to the upgraded Pro 4 - but has the same issues as the Pro 2 (doesn't like damp weather) that I've had for years and the images aren't any better. . .was expecting more I think. . .there must be better quality images available somewhere in Arlo.

    The camera battery life is horrible lucky to get two days off of them connection issues on and off don’t waste your money

    These cameras will do the job for sure, and the battery life is amazing! I’ve had them on for a week now and the cameras are not even half way depleted on battery life. Definitely worth the value.

    Excellent Qeek Squad install. Excellent spotlight, doorbell and outdoor security system. Only one problem is that with all of the Arlo wireless battery systems units have to be charged up 100% in order for outdoor cameras, doorbells and spotlights to work efficiently. According to the installers this was the first totally wireless system they installed. I had get on a ladder after a week of operation because one of units had no charge So I decided to charge each unit which ranged between 2-3 hour charging session. After that each unit is now keeping its charge that looks like it will last the 6 month stated in the Arlo 80 page manual.

    Claims to support Apple HomeKit, but you soon discover it only supports HomeKit with the addition of an Arlo hub device which is NOT included in this bundle. Only works with 2.4 Ghz wireless networks -- another fact omitted from the product's packaging. Hardware seems well-built, but there seemed a great deal of lag in the video feed.

    I have only owned for less than a week. Previously owned the Pro 2 system. This was much easier to set up (since there is no base station). My only issue (and why 4 stars) was I had trouble syncing one of my cameras. I had to do a complete reset of it to get it to sync. The monthly fee was the biggest thing preventing me from switching to the newer model sooner.

    Needed something that picks up motion and noise and this right here is a good security camera picks up and the lows sounds and very good picture

    Arlo disabled my doorbell and I would never recommend this costly mistake to anyone.

    Had an old Arlo system that worked decent and started to fail over the years. Connection to the base was the biggest issue and opted to spend the money to upgrade. This removed the base, put them all on wifi, but also added the monthly costs. Cameras worked well but still missed things on occasion. I could chalk that up to sun glare, timing, etc. The battery swap outs and multiple battery charger were good too. Here is the kicker, the cameras stopped working at 4 months old. They detect movement enough to turn on the spotlight, but won't trigger it to record. Batteries full, system armed, reset each camera, all failed. I have lost hundreds on failed system that was designed to fix the flaws of the last system. Try calling customer service and you get a recording and then disconnected on. You have to jump through loops online to trigger a request for help. Until they work out issues, hard pass on buying these

    STAY AWAY!! I am absolutely livid with this system!! First of the night vision is horrible, image quality during the day is great, however. There is a huge delay from when motion is detected to when the camera actually starts to record. The app is freakin' horrible, for the price I was expecting so much more. Now the latest, I couldn't decide where to mount my third camera, so I thought I would install it at my my mom's house, well doing that broke my camera. I called tech support and they said that since I tried to hook it up to another network is the reason it no longer works, and I would need to pay another $100 for the firmware plan to get my camera to work again. WHAT A RIP OFF!!! I have been through everything that came with my cameras, and I cannot find that information anywhere. TOTAL SCAM, it is not possible to express how disapointed I am, wasted $500

      You can add different cameras from different locations with the same account. Please ensure that the mobile device being used for onboarding and camera being installed are connected to the same network during onboarding, please refer to camera onboarding instructions: https://kb.arlo.com/1088401

    Purchased these cameras at the recommendation of someone who has the same system. Good recording quality but not pleased with it only recording when there is movement. Ring doorbell provides longer recording duration. The set up also took much longer than ring doorbell.
