I bought this after having other Arlo cameras and have not had any major issues. This camera has been nothing but issues and I’ve had multiple service tickets placed with Arlo. The camera would take random snapshots and not record video. Now the camera won’t even power on after being plugged in. Very disappointed with this purchase.

The Arlo Pro S5 cameras have great video quality and reliable motion detection. Setup was easy, and I like that they work well both indoors and outdoors. The night vision is clear, and the app makes it simple to monitor everything from my phone. Overall, they give me peace of mind with good security features.

Light weight and reasonably price . Easy to i stall .Perfect for my needs

These camera's along with the dual charging station and the 2 batteries were a great bargain. I hope Best Buy brings in the camera's with magnetic attachment to wall in the future. The camera's were easy to set up and paired in a flash. You can not get a better focus on what you want filmed.

Good quality picture and long lasting charge. Have 8 Arlo cameras. Do wish Arlo would standardize their accesories though.

Read ALOT of reviews online . We already had ultra , ultra 2 , doorbell and essential, but needed another camera so we purchased the 3 pack 5s .. In today’s world it was impossible to find a review that wasn’t PROMOTIONAL. Which is super deceptive however I’m proud to say motion detection is further and more accurate with pixel, the led is a lot brighter .. recording quality is very clear and the dual bandwidth is ALWAYS strong . Connecting is easy despite many reviews as long as you follow instructions and you don’t need a hub unless you want CVR . !!! A++++++ ARLO

Bought to replace some old Arlo Pro cameras. Set up was easy. I like the addition of the lights on the units. How good the work remain to be seen as I just installed them last night. I will say the older units had a little too much lag time between detecting motion and recording.

Quick and easy setup. Downside is buying rather expensive plan to save footage. Get the hub for local storage if you don't want to buy a pricey plan. Get some siding clips from Amazon to hang anywhere on house very easy and not have to drill any holes! Battery life will depend on activity. The one I have for my driveway went the fastest and lasted for about 2 months before having to replace. I hope to add the solar panels in the future so I won't have to replace the batteries.

This camera is off and on. Sometimes it picks up and sometimes it doesn't. My installer did a lot of trouble shooting so I don't think it's on me. Otherwise, it is a good camera when it works.

First time Arlo user, easy set up and great video quality. Lots of features in the app.

I like these cameras. Have owned Pro 3's for a while and with added solar panel they allow me to put them anywhere. Setup is a little tricky but not too bad. Video quality is good, I'd recommend for do-it-your-selfers.

One of the best camera systems I've used! Arlo's app makes the experience even better & the ease of using the product is good from connecting them to WiFi to mounting them in place! Would highly recommend this camera system

Good image (short distance) but I feel like it has minimal settings for motion detection so you get a LOT of notifications for all the motion sensors. I got the 160 degree view so I would recommend the 180 degree. The design does not allow it to fully rotate upwards because the camera head hits the mounting bracket or the patio under ceiling and/or the garage beam, so you can’t get a lot of vertical view. Would have been nice if they made a longer neck on the camera to allow for better rotation. I thought zooming would be better but decent for me. Not bad overall but not overly impressed. I want to like it but I feel like it’s lacking. The clarity from short distance is great and even longer distance l, but not great within 30’+ it you want to zoom in to license plate. It’s great compared to my old first generation ring doorbell but I feel like this was lacking just a tad bit. Has about a 5 second lag once it senses motion.

Best bundle ever, have had Arlo for the longest, but this one cameras are the best, super good resolution and battery life is awesome, price is low for all the stuff included, feel super safer now.

I love this camera system. It is just as good if not better than the name brand systems on the market. Plus, you do not have to have a subscription in order for it to operate.
