I was undecided about which brand or cameras to get for my home, and I am so happy that I chose Arlo. While I was away from home, checking in on my kids through the app and speaking to them was helpful. It made it so easy and accessible for my nanny. It was also clearly visible and covered the whole living room space. 10/10

These were super easy to install, the solar panels are keeping the batteries charged at 100%, and the connectivity to my network was solid all around the house. I would highly recommend.

I love the video surveillance the product gives. The packaging when I purchased it said "solar powered" which would indicate that it had solar batteries. It was not so. They have to be purchased for $70 dollars for each camera. The batteries do last quite a long time before charging.

Great product. Easy wireless install. Editing activity zones is slightly cumbersome, otherwise zero complaints.

I have been using this product for almost 2 weeks from now and no issue seen so far . Everything works fine i have kept in entrance and backyard with the free trial period i can see the person and animal detection notifications on time. Also we can do a two way audio communication using these device. Monitoring the battery back up capacity. Need to see the options of package post the trial period

Subscriptions are needed for pretty much any feature you can ask for or pay by buying the accessories needed for the features. A subscription is needed for cloud recording (only events are recorded), no internal recording or memory is available. Only way to have recordings locally is by buying an extra accessory and add a memory card to that separate unit. Recordings are only available to view in their app and no way to view from a computer. Want continuous video recording? must pay the subscription for such, which is not included in the cloud recording subscription. But an accessory is also needed for the feature, as the unit can only do CVR if connected to a constant ac power source. There's so many hoops that one must go through for simple features that are not clearly stated. The quality is great and can work but so many stipulations and limits hinder the experience.

The picture quality is very nice compared to other cameras, and depending on the plan you purchase for the app you get notifications for essentially everything that the cameras pick up whether it be packages, cars, people, or animals

Cameras are pretty easy to setup and use. I bought three and have had one fail with an error.

Pretty good so far. Had to get a Eero booster so the camera could pick up Wi-Fi. However, I am in a metal building. Clear picture during the day, Better Picture at night if you have a light on. Ok if not, but much better if there is some light. We bought 4 so far. There is a delay in notification.
