For home security this could probably have earned 5 stars. I gave it 4 stars for two reasons. The first is that we have animals at night in the yard, which the system is great at seeing and recording them, but the image quality in the dark doesn’t really let you see what kind of animal. Secondly the monthly fee for the app is $200-$300 a year to be able to use the majority of the features. Most of the systems require this. If you actually want to record 24/7 it would be an additional $45/month for my 3 camera.

High quality with reasonable price for home security camera! It works perfectly, easy to set up and install. Highly recommended!!!

The lock key is so small. I like it so far but there is a delay from when I get the notification on my phone. May be a internet issue but it’s ignoring

Good resolution, easy to connect , obviously one of the best home cameras , need to see about the battery life , because I feel doesn’t keep long enough but other than that ok.

Cameras work great. Took a minute to get them to work with my Eero mesh system, but works great now.

Best cameras ever this was a gift my friend love it 100 recommend it , battery is wonderful i don’t have to charger it often and i get the long charger perfect

Purchased camera to replace my Arlo Essential camera, I have been with the Arlo family for over 7 years and they are quality cameras. Best Buy really packaged and shipped my order in a timely manner and I will continue to use both.

This system is working very well with very little to no isssues unlike the earlier era of arlo cameras needing a base to link to

Definite upgrade from previous model. This model can use either 2.4 or 5 ghz, which definitely helps with connecting to a base station.

Save YOUR Money! Chose this System Over Google b/c I hate Google. I've owned 2 Months now and waited to Review: I'm VERY Disappointed!! Biggest Issue(s): 1) Multiple Cams, Not Recording All Events occurring Simultaneously on Different Cams - I think the Digital Processing is Too Slow!; 2) Battery Life on a "High-traffic" Cam is Abysmal at best (replacing Every 7 Days like clockwork!). Video & Zoom is Good on Events, when actually Captured. About $1,000 "Down the Drain"!

I’ve had to send off for two replacement cameras to Arlo and they keeping adding to their troubleshooting and still are currently refusing to send a camera that actually works. When the cameras work they are great but such a pain to install. I’d recommend the pro 4 it’s so much easier to install

These are operated via a phone app which is not exactly the best. You can't turn cameras off and on individually. This would be helpful so you can have your outdoor cameras running while your indoor cameras are off. You get a notification every time the camera detects something (which is what they are for), but when you are home and walking around, it can be annoying. The wifi connection is not great. They disconnect constantly, and in order for you to reconnect, you have to manually reset them. This is obnoxious when you have outdoor cameras that are mounted high off the ground, so you have to get a ladder everytime. It's also frustrating when it happens while you are away from home, which again, is the whole point of have security cameras. There have been several times when we believe there has been an intruder (because we see things have been moved, or placed in a spot), but the camera doesn't detect anything. All in all, buy a different security system. These ones have been pretty inconsistent and unreliable for us.

I seen these cameras online look them up just to see how to work and when I purchase them and install them on my house they work fine no problems no issues easy to install and I love you
